Thank you so much for the great instruction on Swirling M & P.. I took mine out of the mold yesterday and was afraid to cut it because when I was pouring the colors over the cardboard I had to stop and remelt and when I poured again and lifted the cardboard out I had some clump on it.. Soap was starting to harden.. But low and behold when I cut it I was pleasantly surprised I really love it... I can' t thank you enough your a great teacher.
I love people into the melt & pour soaps! I started watching these soap making videos a few months ago. Was watching animal rescue videos and when the next in cue came up, it was a soap making one! I am slowly getting my supplies at stores. Got a bunch of those plastic measuring cups, spatulas, and candy thermometer! I decided to start with the melt & pour as the cold & hot processing seems like too much chemistry! One of these days I want to make my own soap!
HI.....if you use a laminator to cover your pouring boards it works great and you can use them over and over.......thanks for doing this video I really liked watching you work...have a nice day ,Becky from Western Australia
I would like to try this technique you said slant the cardboard and I noticed as you continued pouring you slowly moved the cardboard to the back of the mold then at the very back you start to pour and move the cardboard up and continue the pour? Please let me know if I'm going in the right direction 🙏🏽
I've been wondering the same thing for 2 years because what colors she used, are NOT the colors of the two end examples she showed ( the Morocco and Honey Almond Joy)
Hi thank you very much for sharing this technique. The MP soap came out lovely. I've seen this in CP but I wasn't sure if it would translate well with MP. May I ask if you have tried this with multiple types of MP soap and if it works well or not with different ones? I know sometimes people have harder times with ones with milk in them for certain things or certain formulations are different enough in a variety of ways. I know Stephenson has a swirling soap base for MP but ive not tried it yet even though i have it. Again this is just lovely and so beautiful. I really enjoying learning new techniques so I can try to apply them in my own way to my soaps. Thank you thank you thank you.
Pretty Hands On I've only tried it drafters choice from wholesale supply plus. Most of the bars I had success the 1st time there are a few that came out really ugly👹👺👹👺 😂😂😂
Good morning and thank you for your videos and all your help! I gave it a try, not bad but have questions lol do you have a forum? or class? seems it was ok (lucky) but my color kind of went to bottom--temp?? thank you again!!!!
Thank You ! I have been wrecking my brain trying to achieve perfectly visual swirls with M&P ...the Trial and Error is real lol...this is an awesome technique that i will most certainly try.
hi. enjoyed your video. you sound like a real nice person. i love soaping and bath body creations as well and have been thinking about doing this art form as a small, small sideline. i am curious and was wondering if keeping small batches of the colored soaps in seperate glass jars in a crockpot would be safe while working the swirl technique? you know , keeping the soaps from having to continually re heat? thank you have a great day fellow soap friend
you I have been pondering that because my business partner said maybe to get a crock pot or one of those single heaters that you can put a pan on..I so wanna try
Hi, I was accidentally on my bf account when I commented the first time lol. (Mike corona ).. anyway. I have a question , do you put the card board all the way to the floor of the mold? Or do you leave a little space so the soap can flow to the other side? I am so trying this tomorrow! Thanks again for showing us!
Aw darn was excited to see it unmolded. Any place to see?

Thank you for your generosity!!!! With your time and your knowledge!! I found you other video which is very informative!!
so you used red, purple, yellow and what was the fourth color? Did you mix these with clear base?
Rosanne Glynn white... The red purple and yellow I mixed with a clear base & the white is a white base
you may have answered but where do you obtain your molds with that clear cover? Thanks, just subscribed found you on fb!
nurturesoap.com/ tall skinny premium mold 2lb but for m&p it makes about 3lbs of soap
Thanks so much! Your soaps are AWESOME!!!

the laser thermal gauge is $12 at home depot. if ur buying that big expensive mold it's a small price to pay in the big picture
HI, I love your videos, would you mind telling me the size of your mold?? inside? and purchase place ! thank you!!
sandra shelton when I get home I will let you know
where did you buy the plastic measuring cups?...
hi, what do you mean...the fragrance doesnt flash...will the fragrance not take if soap to hot? thanks
if you fragrance flash point is 150..then make sure your soaps temperature doesn't rise above 150 when you add it otherwise oil will burn
Did you spray?
