Not all techno has a rumble right ? Sometimes it's a rolling bass or tom ..

The rumble is instead of a bassline or you add that aswell?
You can add a bassline on top of the rumble with a low-cut EQ around 200Hz on the bassline, to keep the low space for the rumble
