Which adjustments have you made to your P2P portfolio last month? ▬▬▬ Top P2P Platforms July 2024 ▬▬▬ ✅ Income: bit.ly/rethink-p2p-go-income * [1% Cashback for 30 Days | Code "Q6DCGX") ✅ Esto Bond: bit.ly/rethink-p2p-go-mintos * (Up to 200 EUR) ✅ Lande: bit.ly/rethink-p2p-go-lande * (1% Cashback for 180 Days) ✅ Debitum: bit.ly/rethink-p2p-go-debitum * (1% Cashback for 60 Tage) ✅ HeavyFinance: bit.ly/rethink-p2p-go-heavyfi... * (2% Cashback for 90 Days)
I have requested some info from them in the past and never got any feedback. Which is why I didn't spend much time following their business. From what I know they seem to have a decent portfolio quality, while Profitus and Rontgen are bigger and more established platforms in their verticle.
I hope you will not be offended when I describe my take after roughly 8 months long experience with InRento. I invested 2k € only into 2 projects so far so consider my experience somehow limited but I am very pleased with their performance. It has stabile 11€ (netto) eg. 7,29% income on monthly basis which comes hand in hand with tied free bank account in Paysera in € and free money transfer (so far). There are somewhat minimum 5 projects at any given time, 6-9% income p.a. mainly in Lithuania. Min investment amount is 500€. There is secondary market but I did not take that opportunitu neither to buy from nor sell to. I do not know the liquidity though. So overall. % of income is among the lowest in my portfolio but it is stable, I dont need much time to spend and in this time when interest are getting lower InRento will stay on its level a little longer. Housing services usually get dragged a year os so later than other sectors. I would recommend it for a consideration to increase variability of given p2p/crowdfunding portfolio but if you begining, p2p loans interest are still abit higher.
This was a confusing comment, Denny. I had to double check whether I'm watching you videos through a fake account. I now see you have English and German channels

2:40 is this Rita?
Yes it is!
Twino looking even less attractive after the Vietnam loans news.
Yes, indeed. Twino messed it up (again). Their risk management is not up to what you should expect from a platform this experienced.
Can you tell more about your investment strategy on income?
Is there anything that you want to know in specific? Like lender selection, AI settings, etc.?
Thank you for this, what is your view on InRento?
