    Very nice animation, thank you. Showing the work piece in the upper left hand corner was a very good idea. Now if you had animated the work piece bending in synch with the mechanism, that would have been a masterstroke

    Thank you sir for sharing this video.
    I have a question please.
    If I want to form a steel flat bar with 6 mm thickness. It will be difficult to find a spring which strong enough to bend the 1st stage.
    Is there any solution except this type of spring.

      Try to use stronger springs or more springs.
      I have no better concept.

    very nice ,can i have drawing sir i want make ring of 24mm dia with of 16.5mm and thk is 0.6mm of aluminium.
    one more ? is it possible to remove the pcs from die automatic.

      Product automatical removing is possible by a stationary wedge located at the back side of the die. It pushes the back face of the product when the punch moves up.

      Sorry, I haven't made such design.
      The bent product can be pushed out from the back of the die.
      The sliding pushing rod is placed on the green part and is pushed by a stationary wedge when the punch moves up.

      The red spring pushes the green punch to press the workpiece on bottom surface of the die, when the blue outer punch continues to move down.

      @@thang010146 Yes, no problem, I already have an idea that I would like to show you. I have one more question. I was inspired by your design, but I'm facing a problem. Your design is a short, thick bending mandrel. However, I would like to use a bending mandrel that has a bending length of 250 mm and a diameter of 25 millimetres. If I do it the way you did, it will bend to the length. Do you have any ideas on how to solve this? Maybe one side as in your construction and the other side is removable or hinged (to open like a hinged lid) so that you can pull the sheet metal off the mandrel? Is there an email address or something where you can be contacted? I would be very grateful
