Favorite part of the video was when you were going through the workout on your app, I have been working out for many years, but switched up my training last year to group classes. However, I forget how much I missed just going to the gym and following a workout on an app, gets me in and out of the gym without having to put together a workout, while getting that “me” time. So thank you, I have been inspired and will now be getting another gym membership and downloading your app to try.
