Lovely. Just a word on steering to a compass The black line in the compass sticking up is the head of the ship. If it wanders away to the right of your course then you have to bring it back to the left. You do that by shoving the helm to the right. Simple right?
Absolutely! Sometimes the simplest things are the hardest to grasp initially with our brains over complicating things. A wee bit of practice makes it second nature 😃

Did you pass Florence? Matt and Amy were coming the other way, from Oban down to the Scillies, and you must have crossed somewhere!
