I managed to stumble across your channel tonight. I’m three videos in and can say this much, the world needs more men like you in it. Keep up the good work and I hope life treats you well.
I didn't even venture a guess on location. With Jax it could be a race track, a recording studio, a gold mine, a truck wash out, an auctioneer convention, an art gallery or a bar in Grassrange - it all happens in the Wild Wild West. Thanks and looking forward to journey back to MT.
My family and I took a Disney Alaskan cruise last October and Ketchikan was our first stop! I fell in love with the town, and the scenery. Took the train ride up into the mountains. Absolutely amazing! The names of a couple local pubs in town are brilliant all on their own 🤣 Edit! That was Skagway Alaska! Lol. HOWEVER, on the same cruise we went to Ketchikan as well, and loved it. The character that island has is truly unsurpassed by anywhere else.
When I was in military. I must had about 8 years in. (I’m retired military). I bought a 70 roadrunner. It didn’t have 3-4th gears. Took me few hours to go 40 miles. Got it home. Pulled side cover off 4 speed. Replaced shifter fork. Was daily driver for many many years. This video reminds me of that 😂
I put the word out to lose your luggage but I didn't think they would actually do it! Sorry Jax! LOL Looks like a cool trip, I'm jealous never been to Alaska, Its on the bucket list!!
This comes to mind 😊🫶🙌🤣🙃Road tripping across the universe, On the Starship Enterprise under Captain Kirk Star Trekkin' across the universe, Boldly going forward, still can't find reverse 😂 … What a team ….fantastic vlog ❤❤❤❤ Can’t wait for the rest of your road trip … Did 🙏🙏they find your luggage 😢
Love adventure trips like this! Hope to see the rest of your journey. I had a 92 F-150 with the dual tanks and it ate fuel pumps constantly, remember running on one tank for a while until I saved up some to get it fixed.
Yes I have. Took a cruise to Alaska in 2013 and stopped in Ketchikan. It’s on my bucket list to go back. Ketchikan is beautiful, but then again all of Alaska is. You know the saying it’s beautiful here. You haven’t seen anything yet. Alaska will blow you away.
What a marvelous adventure, and how fun to go with Joe and Scott. I love that Ford truck, what a treasure! I would love to take that Ferry ride to and from Alaska. I have watched a couple of documentaries on it and it looks like so much fun. Hope you get your luggage before you head home. Looking forward to a video of y’all’s Seattle to Billings road trip!
This is totally different / unexpected and totally awesome I love it dude!!! I agree they should make a crank window basic working man's truck, maybe then us working guys could afford a new truck 🤷♂️ I wish my 2004 f350 diesel plow truck had that little rust on it and you guys are joking about that one 😂😂😂 my bed rotted off so now I'm running a cm flatbed and I weigh in at 8100lbs empty I bet you guys are right on guessing that one is 8k
I would have bet that truck would have a 460 in it ! Wonder why the small motor in that big pickup and the area you were in . Wood hauling and all the other things that was normally used for would call for the 460 .
@@brianholmberg1778 I’m also a trucker and a dual citizen. I also help people traverse Canada from the lower 48 and out of the thousands I’ve never heard anyone tell me or the CBSA official website we were wrong.
Look into a passport card. You can enter all the US territories as well as Canada and Mexico. But you cannot fly with a passport card. Much cheaper and easier than a passport it's like $60 or something like that.
Joe is a good ole boy. He seems like a good time. Scott seems like a wild man and Jax ur awesome but cheesy as hell. The landscape looks beautiful up there. So unbelievably shocked that O O O O’Reillys Auto Shop had parts for that old truck. Would’ve been a lot cooler with the 7.3L or a 460. 351 seems offaly under powered for that truck. My old single cab F100 had a 351.

Oh man, that’s a high praise. Welcome in 😁 trying to raise the bar and provide some good clean content out there.
Well, you’re killing it. Great content and a great attitude. I’m chomping at the bit to get caught up on your videos. Good stuff man.

Awesome video Jax! Cant wait til the next one!
Reminds me of some 20-year-olds who bought a 92 Ford bucket truck from me that sat 4 plus years and drove 1800 miles home to southern Mexico.
Those Ford fuel filters are such a PITA. Nice to see I am not alone in my struggles. 😂
The kind of nostalgia trip I want requires a time machine .
This comes to mind

The fan trick Merlin did on Fabrats channel or Merlin’s old school garage
Engineers should have to be a mechanic for five years first!
Sorry im late Jax. Been a busy day. Much love 🙏🙏👍✌️
That is the one thing about that glorious salt air, makes the poor truck look like it has 200k northern miles not under 70k.
For being 20 years old .. pretty good shape !😊
Starter solenoid. Never met a bad one that couldn't be jumped with a screwdriver on a ford.
Reminds me of the 3 Pollock Jock's.
I enjoyed your singing on Heavy D’s channel!!! Enjoy your videos from central Fl.
Hey Jax...welcome to my home State!
I used to occasionally use my heavy leather belt as a strap wrench to take off oil filters etc
That yacht is for sale, only 39.5 million!
Got to love the stolen Home Depot shopping cart in O’Reillies
I've been waiting for this! I've not got an hour spare at the moment so I'll be back! 😂
She’ll buff right out!!
If you ever need anything while in WA let me know.
Finally got to finish this, I'm looking forward to the return journey! What a cracking old truck 👍
What's the plan for it?
They’re Just gonna keep it pretty basic and original . Maybe upgrade the seat.. lol
It looks like it should be named Booger. Nice truck though, if you don't want it, let me know.
Yep, I’ve been to Ketchikan, On a cruise ship.
You crack me up Jax
Ford, that means Fix-or--repar -daily

Beard brothers rippa ,,, SOUTH Australia
Three guys and no one had a pocket knife on them to remove a little plastic cap from a battery post ?? 😂 Wow !
Engineup, oil up and fuelup additives would work.
I would have bet that truck would have a 460 in it ! Wonder why the small motor in that big pickup and the area you were in .

I am working in Birmingham if need anything.
Do auction thing to O'Reilly 😂😂😂
His floating gears
less then a min. in the video I knew you were in Ketchikan as I use to live there for years moved out in 2003
No way! Cool
Jax in this situation what you have become is a helper for two Master mechanics. Not a bad situation by learning opportunity.
I had one of them spot lights it was my grandpa's. lol
You'd never see a 93 in that good of shape. Get it back it will start to rot 😢 better keep it clean
Are y'al ready for the Fixed Or Repaired Daily road trip 🤠🤠
If you have problems, maybe Casey LaDell can help you out. He owns "Cascade Heavy Rescue" and a UTube channel.

Is the engine a Cleveland or Windsor?? Love them old Fords.
Windsor
Btw Americans don’t actually need a passport to get into Canada. Especially transiting to Alaska.
Yes u do need a passport to enter or pass through canada.
@@brianholmberg1778 inaccurate, I’ve literally talked to 5 people that did it today headed to Alaska. All they need is a BC and state ID.
Ok than cause Ibtravel AK all the time from lower 48 by semi n always had to have passport but ur story, have a good day

Jax, you should have shown the thingys in the back of the front seats. The youngins might not know what they are.,.
Good luck most part companies don't stock much here in Oregon!!!!
Interesting to see all the fix up before the people show and the camera starts rolled
Oh great... Now I have that song stuck in my head. North to Alaska. Grrrr
