Qantas 747-300 VH-EBV taking off from Runway 34L as QF566 to Perth. EBV was one of the last 747-300's in service at the time and I managed to fly on her earlier in the year on the transcontinental run.
I'm pretty sure this is my last capture of a Qantas 747-300, it was the main reason I headed down to Sydney Airport on Boxing Day. Includes the long taxi from the domestic terminal, across the 16R threshold before we shift to her powering up 34L. I love the sound of the engines overhead. I realise though I never caught footage of a 747-300 landing (from outside).

Sydney - Perth , Melbourne - Perth mainly. They also started to go to LAX via AKL from SYD or BNE too near the end of their tenture. They were retired in 2008, and the last left Australia Jan 09. :(

@SydneyAirportSpotter As phantomworks said, the last four in the fleet ran the trans-con SYD-MEL-PER route and occasionally flew to LAX or subbed for Air Pacific to NAN. I have a few videos taken earlier in 2008 of my inflight experiences on these classics between SYD-PER :)

Sadly no. Both EBT and EBU were retired before I started spotting, so I only have footage of the 'final four' classics in service.
