Hearing the Courage the Cowardly Dog song brings back so many memories.
I know right
It made me involuntarily subscribe

The fact that you threw in the Courage the Cowardly Dog song that was used merely as a “bumper” back in the day made this all the more awesome.
Also, I always wondered what those happy plums would’ve tasted like in real life. Any comments on the flavor?
My bet? "Happy". : )
The fact you added Vinegar just like Muriel does for all her recipes makes it extra special.

Fun Fact: The episodes on streaming are ordered very interestingly. Some are out of air-date order, I think, but in Episode 4 "Shirley The Medium", the Bagges contact Muriel's Aunt Gertrude instead of Eustaces' brother, and Gertrude asks Muriel "you ARE using vinegar?" to which Muriel responds with "Vinegar? In raspberry jam?"
This implies Muriel hadn't thought of using vinegar in her jam before, and possibly didn't think of using it in much else. But it isn't until AFTER this moment in Shirley The Medium that vinegar in Muriel's cooking/baking becomes such a recurring thing for her character

Putting in the They Might Be Giants track for Courage the Cowardly Dog was an amazing touch. This channel always makes me hungry. 😁
You made the Happy Plums look 100X more appetizing than the cartoon.
this is unstoppable when it comes to making childhood shows
I was always curious to how the vinegar to how it could make those plums so good and now I just really want to try them.
