@@LoliconSamalik while I agree, I think it's funny that you call it a spiritual successor, considering that DMC5 came out nearly 5 years after Bayonetta 2

Short hair Bayo is GODLY. Though, I am warming up to Bayo 3's hair design! Not to mention, the third game's color scheme looks to be purple and I love purple so I think that's a plus lol
Not really a hot take, I think all her designs to date are top tier stuff design wise. If we talk about the art reference/inspirations the Bayo designs draw from, her 3rd game outfit is the most "Bayo" to date. One of the main visual aesthetics for the games come from the "Art-Nouveau" movement and the third outfit is seeping in it. From the golden flowers adorning her to the lines in the openings of her legs and the glossy black lines adorning her sholders. The use of insects on her guns and in the jewlery/charms that hang from them. It's very exciting to see if you're familiar with the places her designs draw from.
This game was probably a breath of fresh air for him. And while ideally I would have enjoyed the same kind if in-depth review like for the first game; 1. There was no way he could top that masterpiece 2. This was still amazing and these shorter videos seem to be genuenly easier for him to make
Rosa is great, she makes the game feel like Bayonetta 1. Her damage is cranked up so you don't need Umbran Climax to make a dent and of course she has Bayonetta's original moveset as well.
I found your channel through your review of the original Bayonetta. So happy you're doing the sequel and I can't wait for the 10 year gap before you review the 3rd game. ❤
Besides the fact this is actually a really nice and downright hilarious review, I can't get over the effort put into for a small gag with the Radd the Sod bit with actual videos!

You’d think that with him liking this game he’d be happy… but somehow he has an angry meltdown around the story. The man has lost it, sonic colours ultimate got his soul.
Because the toy seller part wasn't animated, I always assumed the guy flipped Enzo off at that point and Enzo was just rolling with it. The conversation afterward didn't make any sense, his panic and all that but Bayonetta popped up a second later and all thoughts about missing animations evaporated promptly. Honestly can't tell why

Bayonetta 2 has my favorite look for the character. I mean, I'm already a fan of pixie cuts and not to diss on Bayo 1 and 3's hairdos, but Bayo 2 is objectively the superior choice. It's the default look in Smash, so I know I'm right.
