Side qs bro friend asked me, in your opinion what is the golden age range to push hard in breaking? (When you are physically your strongest, can recover fast, less prone to injury, need very little rest days etc)
Lee was litterally a baby crawling through the practice room haha. The best age to start is probably around 6 years old, if you are actually training and not just playing the process will be amazingly fast
@@_sacapuntas_8612 yet again the earlyer the better, I myself started at the age of 20, as a male you have your peak strenght around the age of 25 till 32 but flexibility recovery etc all go better if you are younger then 25

Kids should unlock powermoves cause that goes faster the younger you are, depending that you practice hard
