“We never workout together” 😅 that would be my husband Valdo calling me out lol but we do love working out together! He just did the Ultra Spartan Race on 10/22 and this brought back some memories with all the good crowd and snacks at the end of course 😊
Way to finish your run chica and get a metal 🙌🏽 Always a good feeling to feel accomplished after those runs 💪🏽

My face would be super red too! It gets red with 1 miles indoors!! Más outside and 5 miles 😂 27 min is not bad Luis. What was your time girl? I don’t you if you said it? 😐😂
My always get so red right away. My time was 32 minutes lol. I definitely not good at running and running is not my things lol
Baby we never workout together 😂😂 that’s how lamberto and I met! At the gym, we would work out a lot before the kids! And after Mario! Once we had albert we got fat 😂😂😐

Good job getting through a 5k run, but 5k marathons are not a thing. A marathon is 26.2 miles, 5k is 3.1. They are not the same nor do they go together. Might want to change the title of the video. Not hating, just giving a heads up.

Thank you for the feedback :) I did not mean to confuse anyone we know 5k is 3.1 miles. The reason why I put in the tittle marathon is because we vlog our experience getting prepared for the Air Force Marathon and we also shared how people gets prepared for the biggest Air Force Marathon here at Wright Patterson AFB. showing the EXP and a little bit of how its to run the 5k marathon since lots of our friends do the challenge where they run all 3 the 5k, 10, and ether the half or full marathon. If you go to our channel my husband run the next day the Half marathon :) which it was a great experience for him since he had only run up to 10k's before lol.
@@christophermyers9427 It was the 5k from the Marathon, we all know a marathon is not a 5k but it was the 5k from the Marathon. I also explain that to ADK Running, we have friends and family that run the 5k, 10k, half Marathon, and full marathon so this was a vlog about our 5k experience from the marathon event. We have another video from when my husband run the 10k from the marathon the next day. Thank you so much watching!
