Hi bro.... I purchased items from China directly from different shop keeper, the items are toys which need Saber.... The issue is am not able to get Saber as seller is different and they don't have test report to get Saber... In this case how can I get my shipment cleared from saudi customs
Toys Villa dear yes, you can get it tested on your own by contacting CB body, or ask the shipper to contact local CB body and get it prepared for you

Hello brother. We are an importer of Kitchen/All-Purpose knife and Knife Sharpeners based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As per Saudi Customs, Knives and sharpeners have different HS codes but they the same requirements in SABER which is the COC and QM certifications. In requesting the COC, do I need to do it for the models of Knives and Sharpeners? or one COC request for Knives and one COC request for Sharpeners. How about the QM certifications, where can we process it? Can I ask the supplier to process the QM certifications?

I just need to know usually our company importing small machines from Europe and China. As per HS code QM and COC require.
Supplier normally provide only CE Conformity Certificate, Can we request COC on behalf of CE Conformity? or we must need test report.

How to change saber certificate from 5% to 15 % already issued certificate(HM code)
once issued t hen it cannot be changed you will need to issue a new one. but you can give it a try by contacting the same CB organization by email who issued it for you.

1- can we use HS CODE digits to create barcode i.e working gloves Hs code is 420329200000 can we use it to create barcode...? 2- can we create Qr Code using saber website or any other saudi official Log ?
hi better to use part number or product model as the idea is to differentiate your product models and types and hs code can same of so many items.
the barcodes are usually been generated and pasted on products by supplier so you can ask them and they should do it for free
