Master, thank you for the lesson and for the donated lut_s and Fuji profiles. Do I understand correctly about Lut_s that they will have to be loaded from disk every time the program starts? Do they not stay in the program settings? I'm asking specifically about lut_s. I'm fine with profiles. They stay. But lut_s disappear. Or am I doing something wrong?
Hi, thank you for your question. Not, the LUTs should also stay in the application just like the camera profiles. Unless of course you remove them using the little bit icon.
@@CleverPhotographer Thanks for the reply. As a follow up question, would you consider doing a tutorial on how to achieve the FuijiFilm simulations in Luminar Neo for non-Fuijifilm cameras? Perhaps not to duplicate them but to get a close approximation. I know there are a few people who would like to get their hands on the new XT100VI. If such simulations could be done in LN then it could go a long way to appease many of us! Thanks for your great tutorials!
Hi, as shown in the video, you can use the LUTs that are also included in the sample files and apply them with the mood tool. This will work for any file format, not just RAW files.
@@CleverPhotographer Thanks for the quick reply. Your videos are good. I mostly use jpegs and I love Fuji, and use an X-T5 but also shoot with a Leica Q3.
Thank's a lot for this video and the profiles. I just have this weird problem that sometimes, if my images are underexposed, the shadows will become purple with these profiles whereas with the Adobe Standard or Luminar Profile, its actually black. Have you heard about this issue?
As has already been reported here, these profiles only work reasonably well with a Fujifilm X-H2 / X-T5, i.e. a Trans CMOS 5 sensor. Other Fuji sensors have a completely different display.
You are a WIZARD! Thank you so much. I enjoy Neo but shooting Fuji, I was frustrated that I didn't have access to Fuji profiles. Luminar Help Desk was less than helpful. So, I was about to abandon Neo. But all is good again. Thank you so much you.
I am sorry, but there is probably a small mistake in your tutorial; the Fujfilm Camera Profiles shown and used may be suitable in terms of color for a Fuji X-H2 / X-T5 and other cameras with X-Trans CMOS 5 sensor - unfortunately Fujifilm cameras with other X-Trans sensors (X-Trans 1 to X Trans 4) such as an X-30, X-T1, X-Pro1, X-E2, X-T2, X-Pro3 and many others then also require other CameraProfiles that match the sensor. Depending on the sensor, the color representation is unfortunately significantly different.
A very valid point. I've compared these presets with the Adode Standard presets for the X-T1 and X-T3, which I own, and there are certainly differences in the colour representations. For the X-T3 Adobe Standard v2 is a much better match than the original which is what Skylum are currently using.
Really excellent - many thanks for taking the time and effort to bring these to us....very much appreciated.
You are welcomed. I hope they are going to be helpful.
Danke für die Fuji Camera Profiles. Many Thanks for the Fuji Camera Profiles. Gruß aus Düsseldorf (Deutschland)

Could these Fuiji LUT files be used for non-Fuiji camera files?
Hi, yes, they can be used on any RAW files... just the look will be a little different.
