As for the second clip, I would've shot the Soviet Battalion Commisar right where he was especially since that area looked like Leningrad or Moscow, and if I was captured by the Germans and sent to defend the Normandy Beaches and the Reichskommisar did this, I'd shoot him too and hope I didn't get shot by the American or British Soldiers that I'd be surrendering to.
