I have to have some solitude everyday or Ill go crazy. This world is too chaotic and loud for my emotional wellbeing. I have to have some form of peace. Im highly sensitive and do not like loud noise fast talkers crowds busy traffic etc. It gives me anxiety and gets me out of sorts. I spend alot of time alone. I dont fear being alone. I look forward to it. I love to spend time in nature . I prefer a simple way of life .
