It is because of educational ranks, Ohm born in earlier 2000 are senior while Nanon born in late 2000 are junior in education, That's why Nanon called Ohm P when they 1st met but it's up to them if they want to remove that hierarchy that's why Ohm and Nanon don't call P each other anymore unless they see each other in school and Nanon needs to address Ohm P hope that helps :)
