How do you suggest embroidering the front of the Flexfit cap? I have a Ricoma EM1010 and I've been struggling with embroidering this cap. I've experienced a few needle breaks and not sure what to do.

Hrmm.... should be fine with the normal cap hoop. Sometimes an issue with a tight hooping, or improper digitizing.
