after listening to the stories of all Prophets i cant help but notice how great Allah is for correlating and connecting all of them and their messages into one, and how sad i am for not being in an era where we saw at first hand what these prophets would and could do.

But only 25 mentioned by name in the Quran.

Both of us are right actually. There were more than 1,00,000 prophets, but only 25 are mentioned by name in the Quran. I think the number is 1,40,000 , but I could be wrong about that. :)
