  • 2 classic cycling climbs in the Alps, and a walk to an impressive glacier from the Col de la Croix de Fer. Col du Glandon was a toughie, so the summit footage is included when riding Col de la Croix du Fer from Rochetaillee

@@SetForAdventures Hi Simon! Yes, that glacier was a completely unexpected bonus 😃 the riding was superb but you can’t beat a good hike with those kind of views. Bye for now! Sue

@@WyeExplorer Hi Mark! Yes, when you get out hiking there’s so much around to stop & take in. Not as easy on a bike, very different activities, but you see so much more on foot 😃 TTFN! Sue

@@martinclennon4640 Thanks Martin 😁 It seems like a long time ago now, I loved the Col du Glandon but sadly too busy grinding up the hairpins to film much of the ascent on that side. The glacier walk was the highlight. Al the best, wherever you are right now 👍

@@DAoutdoors Hi Dave! The Col du Glandon particularly was quite sustained, but oh my, the views! Trouble is, when it’s steep you have to keep pedalling unless there’s a lay-by to be able to get going again 😁 We’re in Spain at the moment, taking a look round d some very different scenery. TTFN! Sue 🤗
