Review Tingeart Colored Pencils 12 Piece Set

Available on Amazon. These are an oil based pencil in the under $10 price point. I was trying to find a small, reasonably priced set that would be good for those just getting into colored pencils that would be of a high enough quality to give a good idea of how working in colored pencil is. These are not, unfortunately, that set. They are not terribly bad, they just aren't that good either.
