Went to London recently and asked both guards if it was ok to touch the horses. They both said yes .So they're not bothered so why should you all be.All your comments suggest people should not be touching the horses but people are told they can so they do.
@@TheGMRGIRL if you read the brochures and tour guide information it all states there is an opportunity for tourists to touch the horses .Also on the conducted tours the guide will suggest they pet the horses .I therefore feel this is actively being encouraged. The household cavalry do not stop this .If they really minded something would be done .The sign on the wall could be changed to ,do not touch the horses and the crowds could be kept behind the bollards by the armed police .I get the impression therefore that the only people who mind the touching of the horses are people who comment on this You Tube channel .People minding has governance over these numerous channels .The comments continually suggest that they find the continual petting of the horses a source of irritation where as the people who could instigate change really aren't bothered.
@@debbiehollis5711 thank you for the info cuz i see these channels n comments stating rude tourists etc...i thought the same thing about the signs being changed...i watched one guard (sneaky pete) n it just seems he looks for someone to yell at or given a chance the boot n is sneaky about it but other guards seem more welcoming...either way excellent points you make bout these channels n in my opinion the 'click bait' titles lol
@debbiehollis5711 and @woody_2245….. I HAVE FINALLY FOUND MY TRIBE! ( round of applause) I am so sick of these whiners and complainers. I’ve suggested to a few that they should take it up with powers that be and told others that apparently touching is allowed and has been so for years. And yeah…sneaky Pete ( me and some others call him “merciless boots”)
The guards all look so young. Anyone know what age they can become a guard ?

They should ask or at least thank the guard plus not grab the reins etc.

Where is Karen
Those poor horses having to stand there for so long. BS those men should be standing . Cruel! Lots of wasted tax money!
the horses are rotated hourly so not that long
Err they are CAVALRY regiments ergo they ride horses Also note the horses are probably the most pampered service personnel in British Army
