Singh won't say if NDP climate plan will include consumer carbon tax | Power Panel

NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh criticized both the Liberals and Conservatives over their approaches to fighting climate change following his party's summer retreat, but would not say whether he would keep a consumer carbon price in his climate change plan. The Power Panel discusses Singh's stance and B.C. Premier David Eby's promise to drop his province's carbon levy if the federal consumer carbon tax is terminated.
