I totally would watch a 37 min vlog! But you do what best for you. I love your videos and your faith inspires me so much in mine. Thx! Love your videos❤️
I think you’re consistently one of the only channels that I watch the vlogs completely through, no matter how long they are! I seriously just cuddle in my bed and watch them through without distraction..my favorite way to start my mornings! 💕
My hair started thinning out of no where and I am still not able to find a cause or a reason for it. It's comforting to know that I am not the only one who is experiencing this. I find myself getting really down about it because I feel like I can't do all the things I used to do with my hair, rather I choose not to for fear of the hair loss getting worse. Thank you for sharing your struggles and being real, and just know that you are not alone!
When you vent, we all relate. It may not be productive for you, which I completely understand how you feel, but it helps us see the real you, and the struggles you face.
I love the longer vlogs, especially since I tend to watch them while I’m starting my work day. So I would definitely watch a 35+ minute video! I’m sorry to hear about your hair, just know that we don’t care if you need to vent from time to time. I hope you remember that it is okay to be upset about this, but that you are still a beautiful, wonderful, and caring person💛
I don’t know if it helps you not feel alone…because you make me not feel so!!! I’m 25 dealing with a lot of hair loss, thinning. It doesn’t matter whether there is a clear “why” or not. You never have to feel shame or sorry for feeling hurt, grief over a past self or wishful thoughts. But in the pain, even tears and wondering, what matters is that we don’t forget God isn’t afraid of those feelings SO he can give the strength we couldn’t have ourselves. You’re such a blessing!!
Thanks for your content, Michelle! I appreciate you showing your faith because my Christian faith is also very important to me. ✝️ Hope you’re having a great Monday!
I struggle with thinning hair/hair loss as well. I know it's not necessarily good for your hair but having the highlights helps it to be thicker. I do highlights mainly for that reason. But you are beautiful no matter what. And there are always reasons to be thankful so just look for the good in your life to help not focus on the bad. But hey, I get it. We all go thru feelings like that
All of your feelings are valid! I’m about to start my period and my body has been very fatigued during the day and I’ve been crying like crazy… I totally understand what you meant about feeling vibrant.
Yes yes I have about 4 RUclips ppl I will watch videos all the way through and your one of them. I enjoy longer videos honestly. Hopefully you'll feeling better because your gorgeous inside and out. 💜💜
Thanks for being so vulnerable in this video/sharing some of your highs and lows. Also on my period this week so totally resonate with the need to cry lol!
Thank you so much for sharing ur struggles. The past year I have noticed my beautiful think hair thinning out and I notice it more in pictures. I have been hearing about this a lot more lately and it’s nice not to feel so alone.
Thank you being open and vulnerable. I've had hair loss for the past 4 years. Haven't really figured out what the exact cause is, but whenever I stop drinking coffee for a few months, my hair does stop shedding. I've also learned that it was due to my hormonal imbalance. Hope you'll be able to find something that helps!
I started losing hair March 2021. I'm still not exactly sure of the cause of mine (according to the doc it could be many things). My suspicion is that I had a dip in my iron levels and that accompanied with stress caused "telogen effluvium". I'm right here with you girl, I've lost about half my hair and its still falling out, but we've got this! We have to try not to stress about it cuz that just makes it worse! Sending much love 💛
Hi Michelle! I suffered a lot of hair loss in college due to stress/using heat on my hair but getting my hair cut short has helped it grow back to the healthiest it’s ever been while still being able to get my hair professionally colored blonde (professionally being the key word as I used to box dye 😬). Getting my hair cut/colored really helps with my hair confidence! Maybe if you really miss blonde it won’t cause too much harm with the right treatments and hair vitamins ☺️ totally your decision though! You got this! 😄
as someone who is experiencing hair loss out of the blue it’s nice to know I’m not alone! It’s hard to deal with but if it helps I never noticed you struggle with hair loss and you are beautiful :) I love the longer vlogs by the way!
Hello Michelle - I recently subscribed to your channel. I’m currently between jobs and find I’m always encouraged and inspired to get stuff done after watching your videos. I admire how self-motivated you are, how you shine bright for the Lord, and how you document your life in a beautiful, achievable, authentic way. Thank you for sharing and being a positive impact on the internet! Also, the hair thinning topic is tough & realizing things we took for granted overall. I can relate and wish I could offer some wisdom on the other side of it, but I’m praying through it with you girl! I did want to mention that I stopped air drying my hair, my hairstylist noticed alot more breakage from me hair drying my hair then blow drying it. Currently, I blow dry my hair at night and then apply heat (curling iron) the next day when I’m getting ready. I avoid double heat back to back, does that make sense? I have noticed some new growth since doing this. It’s so weird that my hair falls out/has more breakage when I air dry it? Wanted to mention this and see if you’ve researched this at all? Hope this finds you having a wonderful day - hugs!
Michelle, thank you for your vulnerability. I was thinking before you started talking about your hair loss how I think your natural hair looks so beautiful and full! you are beautiful inside & out! thank you for inspiring me to find the joy in the small moments, I feel so inspired and happy whenever I watch your videos. it’s also nice to hear your struggles and know I’m not alone on the hard days. thank you for being you & sharing ❤️
Loved this vlog so much. Thank you for being so real! ❣️ I totally relate - I‘ve been having a lot of anxious down days lately and whenever a good day comes around, I get all emotional about the wonderful people and things I have in my life. Sending you lots of love, Nina xx
I think that you keep it real by sharing these things! I’m experiencing hair loss as well and it’s comforting to know that I’m not alone. I think by showing your down days you make it feel more normal for your viewers who also go through that ❤️
Thank you for opening up Michelle! You may not feel like expressing your emotions on camera is productive or helpful, but you’re showing us that it’s okay to be vulnerable. Especially when you are in the place of being an influencer, it’s healthier for you and it’s healthier for your audience to be open and honest. It takes a lot of courage, don’t underestimate that ❤️
I don't know why, but the very end of the video...the music, your smile, the fade, just felt so sweet and warm and happy. I definitely agree that when I have rough days, when I start to feel better that night or the day after, I feel so much gratitude for the simple joys of living. So I feel like the end of this vlog perfectly represented that 💕

Also i wanted to add that I often feel not feminine as well. The way I remedy this is to just get girly! possibly! when I saw my derm, he did a hair pull test and noted that more fell out than normal (especially when hair loss doesn't run in my family). but definitely could be that
Love your videos! It’s easy to get into the lows of life and ponder on them too much, the grass will always be greener on the other side, but it’s so important to focus on what you have and make sure you’re watering/investing in your side of the lawn if that makes sense! The Lord has been teaching me this for a bit now and still learning how to practice gratitude every day. Thanks for your honesty!
Hi, new subscriber here! 🙋🏻♀️ I totally get what you mean about the hair loss and self image issues. My hair has been very thick my whole life and last month it started shedding. It’s a very sad and traumatic thing if you’ve never experienced it before. I know the root cause of mine so hopefully it subsides in a few months. But just know that you are not alone and your feelings are validated. But try and keep your chin up, you’re a beautiful girl and things will get better! Comparison is the thief of joy so try and not be so hard on yourself and remember God makes no mistakes. 😘❤️
Hair loss is so hard. I started losing hair early this year out of no where and it was so frustrating. Have you spoken with your doctor at all? I finally went and had a full blood panel done and found out I was iron deficient and that may be the cause. Either way you’re definitely not alone in the struggle and it can be so disheartening at times
I love longer vlogs!! The longer the better ❤️ also thanks for showing the ups and downs of life in your videos. Some days are hard and some days are not, I hope you've been having better days!
The longer the vlog the better 💛. I so appreciate your consistency and dedication to all you do on social media! Thank you for being honest and sharing your life with us. I genuinely look forward to your uploads! ✨
Michelle I thought your hair looked SO pretty in the middle of this video when you were working out! I know we are our own worst critics but try to not let that get in your head, you and your hair are beautiful! I’ve always thought you had the best hair!
I'm not sure if this is how you feel. For me, it's not so much about comparing how I looked, but realizing that part of my body isn't as healthy as it used to be and that makes me feel sad and also want to take better care of myself 🥰
About hair loss! I thought I was losing a ton of hair but I finally realized that it only seemed that way because I only wash it every few days instead of everyday and only brush it when I’m going to wash it. I have curly hair btw. But it makes it feel like there’s way more hair loss than there actually is because all the hair that would be coming out during brushing is just chilling on my head lol
Thank you for sharing your low moments too. So many vloggers can post about being happy and fulfilled and so on but unless you see the reality of them having lows too it can all appear a bit fake. Seeing you being honest makes you much more relatable and far more likely to follow on how to pick yourself up 😊 It may not seem helpful or productive but it most definitely is for us watching you x
Hey Michelle I commented on your video before but I also had hair loss due to iron. I lost over half of my hair (but no one could really tell but me) I use rogaine only around my hairline and it fills in my hairline with baby hairs which is nice. After taking iron supplements my hair loss pretty much stopped, I also prayed a lot about it. Jesus says we will face many hardships and this is just one of those for you. Hopefully it will produce something fruitful like humility and gratitude. Your hair still looks really nice and I mean that. I don’t think anyone would have noticed if you hadn’t mentioned it- it also may not fall out forever. It could just be temporary like it was for me. Using religion effluvium (which is what they said I had) is caused by something it’s like alopecia where there’s nothing you can do about it. Mine had nothing to do with dying it less or anything and everything to do with iron. When it was falling out I stopped straightening it etc. and that didn’t change anything it was only falling out because I was low in iron. It’s gonna be okay, just remain strong during this time and realize that this is a hardship you’ll have to face and overcome. ❤️
Oh Michelle-I'm in this hair loss boat with you too. I think mine is possibly due to stress. I've had bloodwork and no answers there...everything in the normal range. I am using Vegamour GRO serum and does seem to help. I have tried Viviscal (can buy at Target), but I'm just not good about taking pills every day. Wishing you the best in finding answers. There are so many women struggling with this. You are not alone! Hugs to you!
I'll be a doctor in March, you should see a dermatologist for you hair and skin issues :) keep searching until you find a doctor that gives you a solution, you don't have to deal with health issues forever! ✨🦄
I totally would watch a 37 min vlog! But you do what best for you. I love your videos and your faith inspires me so much in mine. Thx! Love your videos❤️

When you vent, we all relate. It may not be productive for you, which I completely understand how you feel, but it helps us see the real you, and the struggles you face.
