Hashira=13 court guards(+Yamamoto/the head captain=Kagaya) Demon slayer corps=Shinigamis Demons=Hollows/arrancars Espada=12 moons(or whatever they are called) +both have rankings Aizen(leader of espada&arrancars)=Muzan(leader of demons and 12 moons) Demon Slayer's power system is Bleach's zanpakuto mixed with JoJo's Hamon
Just to explain the Tosen stuff. He did choose to join Aizen,, out of his free will, but it shows how powerful Aizen is at manipulation. He was able to convince Tosen to join his cause without any powers or abilities.
I always thought it was a hasty retcon when Kubo realized the one blind guy in the Gotei 13 should theoretically be a hard counter to Aizen's ability so the only way to get around it was to make him be working for Aizen this whole time.

Or a faction that clearly doesn't care about that kind of personality/lifestyle. Byakuya was 100% right tho. Law is one of the core foundation of Soul Society and it is their job to implement and practice it. This becomes an even more challenging task for nobility because they have power and status and if even people like them still abide by the law then that speaks for it. So if he ever tried to plea with the higher ups(even tho they didn't know that central 46 was faked but still) from imposing punishment on Rukia then it would suggest that the law could be swayed if it doesn't suit the person's interest which defeats the purpose and importance of law in the first place. Law abiding citizens would look at this and say, "If the imposers of the law aren't even fully practicing it, then why should we comply too?" That's what Byakuya was standing at.
Kyoka Suigetsu (Mirror Flower, Water Moon) is actually an east asian phrase meaning something that can be seen but not touched, like a flower reflected in a mirror or the moon reflected on the water's surface; something that is beautiful but unattainable dreams, a mirage. A very fitting power for a master of manipulation.

A quick note: Aizen just said that his ability only works *on people who see him release the blade with the command phrase,* meaning anyone from the living realm would just see what Aizen is actually doing, not his illusions, until he caught them with it. Hence why he *made sure to show all the captains and lieutenants his sword when he joined* . And, if your zanpakuto is based on who you are, what does the inability to discern truth from lies and the shattering of falsehoods say about who Aizen is, or used to be?

The thing with Bleach is: at the end of the day, it all comes down to Reiatsu. Any Zanpakuto will be very strong if it's the Zanpakuto of someone very strong. And any Zanpakuto will be trash if it's the Zanpakuto of someone weak. Kyokasuigetsu really isn't that great of a Zanpakuto on average. Like let's say it was Renji's Zanpakuto. He doesn't have anywhere close to Aizen's Reiatsu. So the hypnosis probably wouldn't be that 'perfect' as in Aizen's case. Not as long lasting, not that big of an area of effect and others with far greater Reiatsu (like Aizen himself for example, or Kenpachi) would probably be able to see/break through it. On top of that Kyokasuigetsu doesn't give the user any upgrade in combat ability. It's literally just a Katana - same as any sealed/unreleased Zanpakuto. Which would not really be a sufficient/strong weapon for most Shinigami compared to the combat power boost that other Shikai give (like Soi Fon's Suzumebachi, which can kill with two hits, Byakuya's Senbonzakura that scatters into thousand pieces etc)

Nah aizen would still win 1v1 against unohana he had her in kyoka although it would be a mid diff atleast but aizen would’ve died if he fought since gin would’ve betrayed him right there and there’s no way aizen would win a 2v1 against gin and unohana since gin wasn’t under kyoka and both gins and unohanas bankai would one shot aizen if they landed since he didn’t have hogyoku at this point he was smart to retreat and I feel like he knew this and thats why he retreated he knew he could die if he fought right there against both of them

Tbh Byakuya was in bad shape because of the hollow and even then he didn't really lose, he just gave the win to Ichigo. He flash stepped away, he could have flash stepped and killed Ichigo or just used a Kido at the end if he wanted to.
Aizen didn't manipulate or force Tosen(or Gin) to follow him. Both Tosen and Ichimaru chose to follow him. Also it's shown in the novels that Tosen and Aizen were close friends.
Of course he looks like Sukuna, what manga do you think inspired JJK creator? Also, I find it funny that Ichigo actually lost his fight to Byakuya. He had a surprise advantage but he wasted it and got quickly exhausted to the point Hollow had to step in. Also, even after they exchanged final blows, Byakuya was in a better condition and still could have fought Ichigo using Kido. But he called him a winner, since that was a perfect way for him to both ensure Rukia's survival and keep his pride as a noble.

Tbh Byakuya was in bad shape because of the hollow and even then he didn't really lose, he just gave the win to Ichigo. He flash stepped away, he could have flash stepped and killed Ichigo or just used a Kido at the end if he wanted to.

Aizen didn't manipulate or force Tosen(or Gin) to follow him. Both Tosen and Ichimaru chose to follow him. Also it's shown in the novels that Tosen and Aizen were close friends.

Also, even after they exchanged final blows, Byakuya was in a better condition and still could have fought Ichigo using Kido. But he called him a winner, since that was a perfect way for him to both ensure Rukia's survival and keep his pride as a noble.
