DCS will bury itself for an honest review and opinion. The company should instead reassess it's business model to sell under the bonnet batteries, or research a solution to the lifespan problem. You just got a new subscriber thirty minutes ago who has never seen your channel til today.
Something to go towards your personal expenses, above the gofundme appeal, that I'm sure fellow RUclips watches will support in abundance. Keep fighting this one, it's important for all of us.

Hopefully they can't recover from the bad publicity. I have a company people are aloud to review my services. That is our right to do so. This just makes them seem more shady.
I'm not in need of any batteries but the way they handled themselves makes me believe it's not a company i would want to do business with. My guess is that they've got too much money tied into these batteries to allow for any failure to generate sales. They could have tried to work with you but instead they went the other way and it backfired big time because hundreds of thousands of people are aware of the company now. They might be able to silence you in court but the damage to their brand has already been done and by their own hand, not yours.
We all understand RUclips is for entertainment and that what we see and hear is thoughts of one individual so I’m not swayed one way or the other by a review, it certainly wouldn’t stop me from buying a product if that was the product that I wanted to purchase. I mean just because you don’t like a movie doesn’t mean that I won’t like it. What does concern me is a company taking legal action against an individual for words, i’m not talking about this specific case but just any company that feels that an individual review would hurt their business, that implies to me that that company is trying to hide something???
I just sent the following to DCS via email. I hope others do the same thing if they see the value in doing so as i do.... To whom it may concern: I've been searching for equipment for my new home solar energy system (solar panels, batteries, controllers, etc), & I came across information about your lawsuit with Stephan Fisher, AllOffroad 4x4 Adventures TV RUclips channel. After some research on my own into the litigation, I found that it is true that you are unrighteously persecuting him. Therefore, I would like you to know that I have categorically excluded your company's products from consideration for the extensive system I am planning to build. In addition, I will not recommend your products to anyone, anywhere unless I see a full withdrawal of the lawsuit against him. Additionally, I will make it a point to inform people of what I have found when the subject comes up of solar energy systems and components. I do NOT approve of persecuting people who do fair testing of equipment and posting it for the consumer to see. And I see no error or manipulation in how he did his testing. I don't know anything about batteries or off-road vehicles. However, if I ever want to buy batteries of this nature I'll know what to avoid!
