I would like to advice something.. 1.start applying rice water as a toner it works great and magically ✨ 2.apply oil atleast 1 hour before washing hairs so they would not loose their all moisture 3. Follow your skincare routine with consistency 4. Stay hydrated and eat healthy 5.apply some oil on your belly button before sleeping ( musturd , coconut ,neem..you can choose any one ) 6. Say positive and think positive about your health , looks and body ( highly recommend cause it is necessary to attract positive thing by focusing on positive things) 7. Now soak this 2 tbspoon rice into half cup of water and leave it overnight . The next morning just strain the rice water and you can use it as a toner and the rest of the rice you can make a paste of it and use it in your other face pack or remedies Hope it helped . if you have any doubts you can ask me or you can watch any videos on youtube how to use and make rice water ❤️❤️

I don’t recommend washing your face in the morning, only at night because if you wash your face in the morning with cleanser and stuff then your skin will dry out and that will cause you to break out often. You could wash your face in warm water to restore the barrier.

For me, I only wear makeup at events because I hate how much time it takes to get it off. Also another tip: when it comes to mascara, you don’t always need it. You could also just lift your eyelashes, it makes them appear longer. You can still use mascara but just a tip if you hate taking it off like me.

showering daily is suprisingly bad for you, it will take natural oils out of your skin, so i reccomend showering every other day (every2-3 days)

don't wash your face that often! multiple times a week is good but be warned that if you do it everyday you will get extremely dry skin on days you forget to.

1) BE HAPPY and have fun! being positive will help a lot if u wanna look good.
2) LOVE YOURSELF AND BE CONFIDENT
3) TRY TO BE HUMBLE when others talk to you
4) HAVE A GOOD SLEEP
5) DO YOUR SKINCARE and wear sunscreen everyday!
6) EAT AT LEAST ONE FRUIT everyday.
7) DRINK LOTSSSSS OF WATER
8) DONT FORGET TO TAKE OFF UR MAKEUP if u have put on any
9) EXERCISE!! even if its just a 30 minute walk everyday
