im so glad you are feeling better mentally, i know we only show the "best" sides of ourselves on social media but i never would have known you were finding things difficult, you truly deserve to feel happy and im so pleased you have found some security and comfort in your own routine in dubai. as a male it is important to know how important your mental health is and how we are all here for you, showing a side that is typically seen as "weakness" (of course i don't believe it is, you will never be less for showing emotion and vulnerability) is really brave and talking about the ways you have worked on your business/social life is really inspiring and motivating

I know you have mentioned in prior videos about facial breakouts. Get a facial cleansing bar (soap) with activated charcoal and tea tree oil preferably all natural ingredients. It will do amazing things for your complexion. Stress will also cause breakouts. Do some lavender aroma therapy. Keep up the great videos.

@@benmorris just curious did you have to buy another SIM to use in dubai or does vodafone/ee whoever you are with in UK roaming cover there/is cheap? thinking of traveling there soon
@@jonjoyce5031 It's not EU so prices are extortionate if you're using your own SIM. They do have Virgin mobile over there though, Etisalat and Du are also good. You can find SIM's in the airport or malls

Been watching your videos and supporting your channel for a while now, it is really good to see you grow and be more mindful of the non-materialistic things in life - so refreshing. One thing I would say is surround yourself with more positive energy. Glenn bring out the more happier side in you. I know everything is now what you see on camera but certain people around you set different energys in a video and its definitely comes across on camera.

The best videos of yours are just your travel videos, like the bali video and your trips to Amsterdam etc - those are definitely most entertaining, but ofc you can't travel all the time

I usually go for a run, it really make my mood much better. I personally don't like to meditate just because i always need to do something and keep myself busy
