Real pretty poison ivy in the snow at that portal. Nice specimens and a 20 meter quartz vein is really cool! Pyrite filled vugs are cool too. You have the best gig in the world from a degenerate rockhound’s perspective! So knowledgeable. Thanx so much for sharing that with us. Fascinating as always.

Excellent. I have two metal mines and I test the amount of gold, copper and silver myself. The stones that you introduced have high gold content, but the stone must be extracted from resistant gold.

You would reasonably expect that someone having taken the effort to mine that adit, there 'must' be some significant amounts of valuable metal in that ore; not just iron and molybdenum. It will be interesting to see the results of the assays.

    Wow. Cool video.
I'd love to get a box of that material to slab up.
Do you know if any is available for sale?

I am fascinated by old mines, but not very knowledgeable. What is the silver substance in the ore?
