Bo trying not to visibly laugh at the intrerviewers “ HEY GUYS “ is so funny
The fact that its called _Promising Young Woman_ to play on the whole "he was such a *promising young man* before getting accused of this" thing is so brilliant. I've never been more excited for an action/thriller film!!
Didnt know "he was such a promising young man before getting accused of this" was a thing particularly
@@bigfan1041 Oh absolutely! Look at Brock Turner for instance. His entire defense was essentially "don't punish this kid, he has his whole life ahead of him; he's a star athlete..."
@@looney1023 sure that may be his defense they have to try something, but if someone not his defense thinks someone is guilty of something wrong it doesnt matter if he is "promising"
@@TehMomo_ Dont know much about it, doubt they think he's guilty and want to go easy on him. Anyway would be a very rare sentiment in society.
@@bigfan1041 not rare at all, read around
Emerald is so amazing 😭 Diving into everything, giving her all, enjoying herself, and sharing such thoughtful art with all of us. Love her!
i physically cringed at the beginning with that intro and i didn’t even realize that bo had the same reaction 😭
So happy to see Emerald going further in the industry, you can tell she's so passionate about everything creative. Watching her go from a small role in The Danish Girl to Patsy in Call the Midwife where she shone with her performance and now to see her writing skills! I read her novel "Monsters" and you could see her penchant for dark morbid humor and to see it morph into a feature film with two of my other favourite actors - this has the potential to be something spectacular!
That little head tilt Bo does @ 5:02 after Emerald compliments him
I'm really looking forward to watching this movie! And I'm sooo glad to see Bo!
Emerald Fennell has a fantastic sense of dark comedy! Excited for this one.
My most favourite film of 2020! Carey Mulligan was absolutely spectacular!
I love Emerald and so glad to see her doing so well.
The beauty of this film is that the bad is really all subtext. But the exposition of character in Cassie is so tight you don’t need one of those graphic sticky scenes... I loved it. Kinda has a slight mid 90s vibe to it...classic!
Just finished this movie. Wow! Soooooo good! Keeps you interested and on the edge of your seat the entire time!
Just watched it at the festival and it was fantastic.
Jendar Morales I'm so glad to hear it was good!! I heard the ending is super shocking 🤭
I wish I were as charming and smart as Bo Burnham
I've been watching these interviews, and I am starting to time how long it takes for Bo to say anything. Guess I have to subscribe to Netflicks. I have to see this one!
I'm having a hard time not hating her as Camilla, it's so crazy 🤣🤣🤣
Did not expect to see Kevin Smith lol
Here for the Bo/Carey ship
3:23, 3:40, 7:05, 11:53
My favourite movie ever. ❤
Such a good movie
Cant wait for Zatanna movie
Please someone tell me where Carey's sweater is from!!!
probably from a place where sweaters cost $500 dollars...minimum.
Oh it is dark! Brilliantly so, Dorothy Parker meets Chris fucking Morris. Must watch it again.
What is the show carey talk about in the end?
Cheer. It is a 6 part documentary series on Netflix.
@@hupotasso4705 Thank you!!
Pan flag.
wait people liked killing eve season 2? news to me
Cringe movie predictable and terribly boring not worth it
This movie was such a disappointment
Oh no I was excited for it what went wrong?
@@meepgirl1434 I’m assuming their referring to the fact that (SPOILERS) Cassandra is murdered at the end by Nina’s rapist
@@xAlphaBxtch dude
@@xAlphaBxtch Way too early, especially regarding the delay due to covid.
@@fromthehaven94I clearly wrote spoilers and no it isn’t too early I posted that seven months ago lmao
I've read the script. This movie is gonna be so bad it's sad.
A lot of cheesy lines?
Lol tell that to the hundreds of critics at Sundance who loved it
@@bobjones9497 you are such a naive white boy.
@@ReverseUpended I would say more hamfisted with a little bit of cheese
