The chart on biomass of vertebrates is interesting. It compares the percentage of humans and livestock in relation to the whole. But it does not give a raw number. Before humans wiped out most of the large animals (bison, giant rhinos, camels, elk etc)... well, remember those stories of herds of buffalo so huge that they would blacken the entire landscape in their migrations and take several days for the whole herd to pass? There was a LOT of vertebrate mass in the past.
