Wow!!! you are a very special Salone young gal…very hardworking and creative. I admire you my daughter. Do you know I’m learning a lot from you? Yes I’m. By the way no wonder the madinga business blood dae pan you👍🏿 my grand father was also from Kanka. I visited and stayed there during the war. Oh yes we the Kanka descendants are very business inclined and blessed. My maiden name is Saccoh.
Interesting to see salone through your lenses,I don't get to see a lot of salone vloggers on this platform, could you recommend some more especially lifestyle vloggers like yourself, coming from a Nigerian.
You’re doing absolutely fantastic! Love the content and tell your hubby he’s a fantastic husband looking out for you and managing your finances. What an outstanding gentleman.
Sure sis side hustle is very important and must do. We are in 2022 one income is not enough. You’re very thoughtful sis👍🏾This hair is too notch👌🏾❤️Much ❤️
lol at being krio. As a young boy my krio grandpa always told me to never eat all the rice and turn the pot over. A smart and frugal life goes a long way. I am happy to hear your advice how to balance yourself in Salone. thank you
I'm Kenyan and I subscribed to this channel because I consider Sierra Leone my second home. I made a whole lot of friends when I visited Salone way back in 2018. I have my friend George Lewis over at SLBC. Rina at AYV, Josephat at his electronics repair shop down at Edward street, Suphie Bangura up in Lungi International Airport and Ibrahim Kamara and 232 Complex along Lumley Beach rd. Lovely people. This channel takes me home as it's the only way I get to feel Salone while I'm away here in Nairobi.
You created beautiful bouquets. You're so right about having an additional source of income. Especially, if God has blessed you with a talent. "Cut your coat according to your size" 🤣
Well done dear, been following your journey, very creative and enterprising, multiple streams is the way to go whether in the diaspora or in Sierra Leone. I'm praying for my son to have a wife like you. Inflation is everywhere one has to be savvy with money❤
Hi Antoinette!! It’s been so long since I last commented on your vid, please know that even though I do not know you personally, I am always rooting for you. I’m always so proud of and impressed by your hustle spirit. Gone are the days of single income households even here in the US; at least, the 2008 recession taught people some hard lessons. The world truly belongs to people who are innovative and who apply themselves. Like don’t just talk about good ideas, act on them, don’t tell people what you will do, show them what you are doing. Even me over here, I’ve got my masters degree and im in my profession, but the way the world economy is set up, I also have 2 side hustles. The very wealthy over here themselves have multiple streams of income whether active or passive through investments, they just won’t say it but if you get to work with them, you learn how they build wealth and pass it on. At my last job while I was in grad school, the COO not only had that job where she was the second in command of a large nonprofit organization and making bank, she also was a part time lecturer and yoga instructor. Sometimes some of us who make it overseas do work hard but also play hard. The amount of money people spend here buying outfits and traveling all across the country for sometimes useless parties, you’ll think they are Dangote’s relatives; the foolishness. Also, working hard isn’t enough, you’ve gotta work smart. The most valuable currency is time so if you’ve given 20yrs working at Walmart making a meager per hour wage, before you realize, you’ve wasted precious years trading your most valuable years for chicken change, then when you die, people will have to donate to a go fund me for your funeral. Work smart and make sure the work you are doing reflects not only how you want to be remembered but that it provides you and your family a peace of mind. My girl, hustle on. As long as it’s legal and doesn’t hurt anyone, please do what brings your family stability and financial security. I absolutely love the fact that you are also young but carry so much maturity and wisdom, something that is sometimes lacking in our generation of slayqueendom. You are a woman of substance and I’m proud of you!
