For those that are still concerned about weight fluctuations and having the money to replace, consider styles that fluctuate with you. I vary 2 sizes in the course of a month, wrap skirts, empire waist dresses, bottoms with a drawstring that actually works are all great options.
The weight will come off. Keep walking. Cardio and muscular transformation under way!!!! Later in the white dress…way to rock the hourglass…WOW…and try the polka dot in 2 weeks.

I have found that if you wear clothes that are too big for you, they make you look bigger than you really are because of all the extra fabric.

I decluttered my house and then I suddenly had enough time, energy and confidence to declutter ME! I have lost 130 pounds and went from a size 24 to a 12. Id reccomend if youre not already measuring your bust waist and largest area of your belly hip butt areas maybe your upper arms and thighs itd be more accurate indicator than size and weight 😊

I am thrilled at your progress. I work at it. I was a bit bigger than you were a few years ago and lost 84 pounds. It wasn’t easy. And now I’m stuck. I have learned, that raising your heart rate burns calories. I’m mostly, and diligent about doing hi impact walking RUclips videos. It also takes time but it makes a difference. I’m pretty small on top. My weight hits my hips and thighs mostly.So the high impact walking exercises works for me. Good luck on your continued journey. You’re looking great

I love how your minimalism journey is wider than just your things. You look fantastic and it’s terrific you are spending time on yourself. Personally, I don’t own a scale, and haven’t for most of life, because I can get fixated on the numbers instead of how I feel. As a almost 50-year old It’s more important for me to feel strong ( I like to strength train and do a variety of activity) and feel good in my clothes instead of being at a particular weight. Perhaps you want to minimize and donate your scale and just continue on with your good habits and exercise. Love that you are documenting your journey.

Smiling and yes it's a whole shift to move from a number on the scale determining success to all the other changes you are experiencing. I personally had a certain number as my goal. That has since changed as I realized muscle weighs more and would I take issue with the number if I were fit and feeling my best? 💥 ah ha! So now it's about how I feel and how clothes fit with the scale providing data and a marker along the way🤜 also just heard gal say, "My body is not meant to fit clothing, clothing is meant to fit my body."

I love how your minimalism journey is wider than just your things. You look fantastic and it’s terrific you are spending time on yourself. Personally, I don’t own a scale, and haven’t for most of life, because I can get fixated on the numbers instead of how I feel. As a almost 50-year old It’s more important for me to feel strong ( I like to strength train and do a variety of activity) and feel good in my clothes instead of being at a particular weight. Perhaps you want to minimize and donate your scale and just continue on with your good habits and exercise. Love that you are documenting your journey.
Your excitement about weight loss has made me motivated to start losing weight again. I want to feel this feeling again!

Smiling and yes it's a whole shift to move from a number on the scale determining success to all the other changes you are experiencing. I personally had a certain number as my goal. That has since changed as I realized muscle weighs more and would I take issue with the number if I were fit and feeling my best? 💥 ah ha! So now it's about how I feel and how clothes fit with the scale providing data and a marker along the way🤜 also just heard gal say, "My body is not meant to fit clothing, clothing is meant to fit my body."
I remember that feeling. 9 years ago I lost 100lb. In the last year I have gained 40 back. You my dear have inspired me to get off my ass and get moving! Thank you!
