After a sharp correction, INTC has been fluctuating on this platform. Last Friday, due to the impact of good news, the trading volume increased and the stock price broke through this platform. The trading volume on Friday doubled compared to Thursday, indicating that the inflow of funds was greater than the outflow.
The stock price is almost close to the MA50 position. If it stands firmly at $24, it will fill the gap upward. The price is $28.76

With Taiwan dragging its feet on bringing over its manufacturing to Arizona, the government is looking for a way to improve our chip making abilities. I could see the government getting interested in the buyout behind the scenes so a more competent company can be put in charge.

What if Nvidia merged with Intel instead...
He is missing half the picture. He has not done any research on Intel's new products and how they will surpass AMD and NVDIA.
How are they better products?
@@ricomajestic Briefly speaking they will have memory built on the chip, mini-chiplets, backside power, cpu, gpu, npu combined on a processor with new glass substrate packaging. AMD does not have this yet. Regarding the GPU for datacenters that will compete with NVIDIA it will be about the same as the h100 but less expensive.
break it down simple:
TSMC = ~800B market cap (has become too big)
INTC + Qualcomm =~ 280B market cap
--> US Gov. wants (needs) to have an alternative to TSMC, and e.g. US military needs $INTC to produce in the US. Therefore, $INTC needs to be stronger and bigger which they become together will Qualcomm. I believe $INTC will be bought between 35-40$ by Qualcomm. Makes totally sense IMO.
Intel was 50$ this year. I don't think they would be motivated below that.
Intel's foundry business has been struggling to keep up for a few years. Don't really see that changing if it were under Qualcomm.
