Still occasionally play him, but now for cryo, got him to do a 73k E today in the event (melt damage was boosted + Bennett boost + Kazuha buff) and was thoroughly impressed :3
Keaya and c6 bennet are incredible together I use emblem on bennet and gladiator on keaya. Imagine keaya hitting 25-30k on melted normal attacks it's awesome.
9:41 to clear up the confusion, in masanori's first phase, he can be frozen. once he resets his hp, he cannot be frozen. Edit: all kairagi dudes can't be frozen once they gain their auras. another example is when you encounter that pyro and electro kairagi duo together. when one dies and the other doesn't, the other one regenerates hp, gains an aura, and cannot be frozen nor petrified.

I recently made the shift from physical back to cryo and was forced to give him trash cryo artifacts since I had no good ones, still, first thing mans did was hitting 37k with his skill. I don't regret keeping him as a main and I never will. Currently on the road to triple crown him!

as a kaeya main this makes me so happy lol! imo kaeya shines the best as a main dps, cryo or phys both works since he has a high scaling for normal atks as a sword user. p.s. using kaeya in a perma-freeze comp with chongyun and xingqiu is really fun! my kaeya is c5 triple crowned and his burst can do around 10k-17k per icicle per hit consistently against frozen enemies, he’s honestly so refreshing to play its a shame he gets benched because he’s a starter…

I think lisa will be an insane support once sumeru drops. Electro causes intensify + TTDS + 4p Noblesse + EM ascention stat + def shred talent makes any dendro dps really good. And as a lisa player myself, im hyped for dendro because it buffs electro as well. I think with the new EM set she will do a lot of damage, both from reactions and burst/elemental skill

you should try to make phys kaeya for the god mode, his basic attack multipliers are high and his constellations will make more sense. he will deal more phys damage with c6 rosaria. thank you for the kaeya vid from the kaeya main, I shed a tear of happiness for my boy being recognized
You should try using Kokomi or Mona for Freeze Teams. They can apply hydro without normal attacks, which will help the enemies stay frozen, and Kokomi can also heal you a ton, which is useful if you are not running Diona or Bennett.
Moga, I think you're really underestimating his damage potential. I rock on him a jade cutter and 4-piece emblem. He deals some serious damage in a reverse melt comp with Rosaria, Xiangling and Bennett since his Q snapshots. I don't think fav is best on him since he doesn't need a lot of ER because of his ascension stat. His damage is almost on the same level as Ayaka's I would say.
one of the strongest pure 4 star teams is actually with bennett, xiangling, kaeya and rosaria! kaeya and rosaria do similar dmg and fund energy for eachother, and since rosaria and xiangling have no icd on their burst theyll constantly be doing melt. also, all 3 of their bursts snapshot so you just place bennys ult, then do all the others and the dmg is crazy
As someone who is a Kaeya main its great to see you finally raise him. I look forwards to when you finally god mode him as I want to see you play Main DPS Kaeya so badly! If you invest into him he can really show some insane consistent numbers
Kaeya is a very good character and I like how he can either be a support or main dps. I think many underestimate him because he’s a starter and his cons are hard to get. He’s also easy to build and use. He’s one of my favs so I use him as a dps! He’s super fun in a reverse melt team with rosa/Chong, xiangling, and Bennett! This team helped me beat the annoying ruin serpent lol. I also like playing freeze with him as well :)
I’m not sure your intent behind these videos but I suggest looking up the KQM guide for each of them or talking to people who main them for different ways to play them. Kaeya can actually be a good Main DPS type with a reverse melt comp and isn’t commonly a support because he has really good support qualities besides particles his shield! Since you have C6 Benny and mistsplitter, Kaeya on mistsplitter should be good for you!
moga, i highly recommend that you use mona or kokomi when you're trying to do freeze teams, yelan is pretty much the worst hydro character to try using in those situations lmao
i’d disagree, with the right amount of ER she can have her burst up almost 100% of the time and provides a lot of hydro application, not as much as kokomi in terms of AOE, but in terms of consistency much better than mona and most hydro characters

Kaeya actually has a really high scaling on his burst similar to xiangling. The problem is you're trying to play freeze kaeya. Try him in a reverse melt team with xiangling, bennet, sucrose/kazuha.
i played him with 2pc blood stained and 2pc pale flame and his damage was insane, after i got ayato i switched to 4pc blizzard and i gotta say that both playstyles are very fun
I'm happy you chose to do this Moga! He may not be "meta" but he's the only character I would raise to level 100 if we were given the chance. Personally I don't use cryo Kaeya I find phys Kaeya to be the must fun.
One thing i used to love doing with kaeya is pairing him up with childe and killing ruinguards. Thanks to kaeyas burst and childes melee stance they were pretty much frozen all the time and thier hp was going down pretty quickly. And that was when i didnt really knew what i was doing in terms of artifacts. I should try that again at some point.
Moga I'd really appreciate if you could do atleast 6-6-6 for talents in raised modes. You already shifted from lvl 80 to lvl 70. I understand some bow like characters who don't need basics, but in case of Kaeya you should do atleast 6-6-6
One of my absolute favorite abyss teams is a freeze comp with Kaeya, Rosaria, Kokomi, and Kazuha. Ridiculously satisfying quick swap freeze team, I adore them. Leveling up Kaeya was such a great idea. 💕
I got C1 and put him Ayaka's gear, and he still do some decent damage, plus Chongus+Kaeya generates a lot of particles. If you are wondering my favorite team with him is Kaeya+Chongus+XQ+Kazuha, this team is insanely good and totally F2P (I don't have 5* weapons lmao)
When I was going for Raiden I fought pyro plant once raised xinyan up for the free wish pulled, got Kaeya then used the starglitter got a wish and pulled Raiden

as a kaeya main im so glad to see you build him!! i have him triple crowned and have him fully invested as a phys support and he has never left my team at all since he joined!! his multipliers on his basic are the highest out of sword users (to accommodate his slightly slower atk speed) he works pretty well in a eula comp and freeze is also very good as well i currently run him with kuki and albedo+zhongli
11:02 you should try using rosaria instead of heizou. A fun and chaotic team to play (also strong), spamming low CD E's, ULTs always ready, melts happening everywhere. one of my favorite teams for abyss
OOH Moga that split screen during the explanation of all of Kaeyas abilities and passive talents and actual footage showing it was so HOT. Very neat and organized way of showing him off and for those who can’t retain info can go back and read it while seeing footage of all the characters applications of said talents to really get it just *chef kiss*
Moga - to clear things up for you with the Masanori stuff (9:40): when the big Kairagis infuse their sword with pyro or electro they can no longer be frozen. I discovered it randomly during a commision, but it applies to all these type of enemies (the big electro/pyro Kairagis and Masanori - 'cause they're the same type of enemy). I don't exactly know why or how exactly it works, but it is what it is. Hope this helped you at least a bit.
the kairagi can only be frozen before they heal themselves, once they heal themselves they get some kind of elemental buff that stops them from freezing but enjoyed this video moga!
Moga!! You should try the reverse melt comp with Kaeya, Rosaria, Bennett, and Xiangling. It basically focuses on melt reactions and has a huge damage output. However, it is hard to set up as the energy cost and rotation is very high demanding.
@@sarah-ou5jc maybe “more nuanced” wasn’t the best choice of words, I guess what I meant is how well each of his passives and constellations synergizes together with his kit and playstyle. You get more damage against frozen enemies and a way to get his burst back up really fast, so it synergizes and play well into itself. Meanwhile ambers is really weird with its HP scaling for her baron bunny but not her burst and it’s overall more clunky.

I'm glad to see you try to use kaeya, finally! I'm going to leave a couple of tips (I'm not an expert or anything tho, I'm just some random enthusiastic kaeya main). 1) I don't think favonius sword is his BiS 4* star, even as a support, because he doesn't really need energy recharge, he's fine. 2) I use him on a freeze team with xingqiu because his C1 raises his crit rate on frozen enemies (and because it's my favorite reaction), sooo if you have his C1 you can afford to have low crit rate (and more crit dmg) because you can compensate with his C1 and another cryo user, and you won't have any problems. 3) he shines as a physical dps, just give him prototype rancour/aquila favonia, physical and/or attack bonus artifacts, and bum, done. being a kaeya main since I started playing in January 2021, I have him triple crowned, C5, and he does excellent damage. yun jin, albedo, bennett and zhongli are good teammates for me. 4) if you want to use cryo kaeya then I recommend a reverse melt team with xiangling, bennett, or even klee. 5) you can even try some kind of hybrid build and it would work fine. you just need 2 cryo artifacts + 2 attack/physical artifacts, and probably a freeze team with xingqiu/kokomi and rosaria/chongyun/shenhe is your best option. 🌈𖥻ㅤ if I think of anything else I will come to edit the comment. anyway, I could be wrong about something so feel free to correct me! kisses from Mexico.
I think during the raising videos you froget about Yae’s passive. Since you needed 1 brown or 1 silver book of Ballad you can craft a different book from Mondstat for a chance of getting the one you actually need. It’s a bit complicated but basically you can get the books you want as a by-product of crafting different books!
"For some reason, I can't seem to get these characters" The starting Mondstat trio are the hardest characters to pull actually, since they never have rate ups or pity at all. Your best chances of dupes is when you can trade for them. Even 5 star characters are easier to get than them, going by math.
You can raise Kaeya basics for duo with Chongun so he will become cryo carry :D it works decently like... a budget Ayaka XD and his basic multiplyiers are actually quite high
THAT'S WHAT I DO!! I paired him with Chongyun for him to deal cryo dmg only and boom he hits 15k with his na and i accidentally got ayaka she's still at lvl 1 so
I have been a Kaeya main ever since I started my account and currently he is level 90 triple and with mistsplitter. When building him as a main dps, you can choose between cryo and physical although a lot of his kit, especially his cons, are focused on his cryo damage. His best set is 4pc blizzard strayer with atk%/cryo/crit and the stats you want to focus on the most are crit dmg, atk, crit rate. Crit rate has less value than the others because of blizzard, cryo resonance, and his c1 but you still want to get it to at least 35-40%. His best weapon is mistsplitter but some other options are blackcliff longsword, the flute, and skyward blade. His best main dps teams are mono-cryo and freeze teams. For mono cryo, you can do Kaeya, Chongyun, Shenhe, and an anemo unit like Kazuha or Sucrose. You could also do a character like Jean or Sayu for the anemo unit if you want a healer (just make sure they have 4pc vv for the buff) and if you don’t have mistsplitter you can swap Chongyun for probably Diona for the shield and heals. For freeze, the team I use is Kaeya, Chongyun, Xingqiu, and Kazuha. Of course you can swap Kazuha for a support anemo unit and Xingqiu can really be any hydro unit that can apply hydro off field. Again, if you don’t have mistsplitter you can swap Chongyun for Diona. Also I’m not sure how well Rosaria works with cryo Kaeya because throughout my 344 days of playing on my account I have never pulled a copy of her :,). If you want to build burst support Kaeya, I’m pretty sure his best set is 4pc emblem and his best weapon is jade cutter, with other options being skyward blade, summit shaper, amenoma kageuchi, and festering desire. Now I’m not that familiar with stats but if anyone is interested they can go check out the Keqing mains build guide. Sorry this comment is so long but I just really like Kaeya and wanted to share my knowledge about building him 😅
As a Kaeya main I just need to say one thing, he is absolutely better as a physical!! I have both 2-pieces of phys DMG bunus and since I sadly don’t have Aquila Favonia I have Prototype Rancour on him ❤️❄️
Masanori has two phases, in his second phase he's imbued with electro , thus he can't be frozen ... But he can be frozen in his initial phase (1st one) ..
I have a lvl 80 Kaeya paired with a lvl 70 Xingqiu. They pair up REALLY REALLY WELL. With Xingqiu, He can basically just FREEZE opponents in place. That was how I actually got the "Cool It!" Achievement
masanori, like his other similar enemies, doesn't get frozen or petrified, when entering their second phase. Similar enemies do so, when one of their kind dies, while masanori does so when his first hp bar reaches around 10-5-ish%
I just love these videos, where moga uses a unit from the lower tiers and everyone that uses this unit goes: - "OmG hE sooOoO GoOD" - "deserves more love" - "I play him even in my dreams" - "He is actually the best thing since sliced bread" - "I will name my child after him" ... all for moga to just go back to Hu Tao when the video ends
For Kaeya mains, I need some advice or just opinions. Before kazuha got confirmed I spent all my primos on him and got him to c3 so I decided to build him. I have him with a black sword(?) (the crit dmg sword) with 2 piece atk and 2 piece wanderers (50ish cr 160 cd). With Xingqui, Xiangling and Chongyun. Is this a good team and build? I find it really fun to use, I can do the emblem domain as fast when I use my hu tao team. (30 ish seconds) I use everyone's bursts and Chongyun's E and burst (he's on noblesse) and i do freeze and melts since cryo infusion and rain swords and xiangling burst.. you probably already knew that.
Reverse Melt Kaeya, Rosaria, Xiangling, Bennett is a pretty neat team, fun quickswap rotation, and decent damage output, also C6 Bennett really good in this team
Kaeya is... Not just a support lol He can do a lot of physical damage or cryo if you use Chongyun to convert his attacks. His normal attacks are actually very good. I like cryo Kaeya because his E's damage is also pretty good when you build him for it.
anemoa (however you spell it) the 4 star craftable sword from inazuma is his best 4 star option because it gives atk% and it's passive especially when r5 gives you all the er you could ever need

physical kaeya is actually phenomenal! he and kuki make a great duo since shes constantly applying electro that follows you. aquila and any 2pc ATK, 2pc phys dmg, or 4 glad and possibly 4 pale flame (i havent tried it so idk if it works nicely). however, you can also build him hybrid for phys and cryo, since he has high multipliers all around. because of the simplicity of his kit, he’s really easy to build and play. i use him as a driver for national, xiangling, xingqiu, and bennett, so he can proc melts and freezes. xingqiu’s hydro application is strong enough that kaeya freezes enemies and gets those bonus particles. i know a lot of people like kaeya, rosaria, bennett, and xiangling as a team because theyre constantly melting and reverse melting everything. but he also works great as a support! as additional damage, or cryo application around the phys carry, like razor or phys keqing (i havent tried this tho dont shoot me). but yes, its very satisfying to roll around with sayu, with kaeya and xianglings’ ults up, and you can add kuki in for even more chaos. he also makes a decent battery for ayaka and eula, if youre using kokomi as your hydro for freeze, diona’s healing is excessive, and kaeya adds more damage. hes great for eula if you dont have rosaria or she isnt very invested in, cause her real value only comes when you heavy invest crit rate, er, and c6 into, and youre not using diona. he ascends with energy recharge too, so youre practically never going to have an issue getting his burst back up.
Ngl it surprises me that you wouldn't know this from abyss or just farming but when bigger samurai have that sword glowing affect, all their attacks are imbued with an element and they can't be frozen (idk if they can be interrupted) but yeah. Same with the double samurai when one dies the other regenerates health and cannot be frozen.

It always made me confused why people said kaeya is bad. I thought that too in the beginning but eventually I realized isn't he like cryo xiangling or xingqiu? He's automatically super good if his kit is like their's, minus the fact that he doesn't need as much ER and can use blizzard strayer.
I have a dps Kaeya build, but most commonly i use him on my Ayaka freeze team with Kokomi and Kazuha. Kazuha with VV set, Kokomi with thrilling tales and tenacity and Kaeya with fav sword and noblesse (with offensive stats), all buffing/supporting Ayaka which makes her hit so much harder. I was interested in Shenhe for a time, but i already had a very strong freeze team that could help clear the spiral abyss so I could save my primos. I have Kaeya at c3, but two of the Kaeya's were bought from the starglitter shop, hopefully i can get his c6 someday without always having to wait for him to be in the starglitter shop 3 more times.
im a kaeya main and my favorite team for him is with bennett, rosaria and xinqiu - perm freeze. Hes built blizzard so he doesnt need much crit rate + theres rosaria cr build + cryo resonance. You can go full crit dmg with that one and even with cryo build if you level up his aa it will still deal around 5k. I think he is so easy to build and so underrated.
Other people have recommended this as well, but I would love to see you try a physical dps Kaeya, that’s how I have him set up and he’s my main. Love the content!

Hey moga Masanori is like the normal Samurai dudes. In first phase he can be frozen but in the second phase like with the samurai dudes, when there are two7more and one dies, the other/s go to "phase 2" where they can't be frozen because they inflict themeself with their element and start glowing. Masanoris Second phase is like that and he can't be frozen. I'm sorry for my bad english/ my too long explanation but I hope, I could've helped you
so if you didn't know the Kairagi have sort of a rage mode where they can't be cc ( zhongli's burst or freeze ) which is why he wasn't being frozen when his sword was all electro

you should try to make phys kaeya for the god mode, his basic attack multipliers are high and his constellations will make more sense. he will deal more phys damage with c6 rosaria. thank you for the kaeya vid from the kaeya main, I shed a tear of happiness for my boy being recognized
You should try using Kokomi or Mona for Freeze Teams. They can apply hydro without normal attacks, which will help the enemies stay frozen, and Kokomi can also heal you a ton, which is useful if you are not running Diona or Bennett.

Moga, I think you're really underestimating his damage potential. I rock on him a jade cutter and 4-piece emblem. He deals some serious damage in a reverse melt comp with Rosaria, Xiangling and Bennett since his Q snapshots. I don't think fav is best on him since he doesn't need a lot of ER because of his ascension stat. His damage is almost on the same level as Ayaka's I would say.

one of the strongest pure 4 star teams is actually with bennett, xiangling, kaeya and rosaria! kaeya and rosaria do similar dmg and fund energy for eachother, and since rosaria and xiangling have no icd on their burst theyll constantly be doing melt. also, all 3 of their bursts snapshot so you just place bennys ult, then do all the others and the dmg is crazy

As someone who is a Kaeya main its great to see you finally raise him. I look forwards to when you finally god mode him as I want to see you play Main DPS Kaeya so badly! If you invest into him he can really show some insane consistent numbers
Kaeya is a very good character and I like how he can either be a support or main dps. I think many underestimate him because he’s a starter and his cons are hard to get. He’s also easy to build and use. He’s one of my favs so I use him as a dps! He’s super fun in a reverse melt team with rosa/Chong, xiangling, and Bennett! This team helped me beat the annoying ruin serpent lol. I also like playing freeze with him as well :)

I’m not sure your intent behind these videos but I suggest looking up the KQM guide for each of them or talking to people who main them for different ways to play them. Kaeya can actually be a good Main DPS type with a reverse melt comp and isn’t commonly a support because he has really good support qualities besides particles his shield!
Since you have C6 Benny and mistsplitter, Kaeya on mistsplitter should be good for you!
moga, i highly recommend that you use mona or kokomi when you're trying to do freeze teams, yelan is pretty much the worst hydro character to try using in those situations lmao

i’d disagree, with the right amount of ER she can have her burst up almost 100% of the time and provides a lot of hydro application, not as much as kokomi in terms of AOE, but in terms of consistency much better than mona and most hydro characters

The problem is you're trying to play freeze kaeya.
Try him in a reverse melt team with xiangling, bennet, sucrose/kazuha.

I'm happy you chose to do this Moga! He may not be "meta" but he's the only character I would raise to level 100 if we were given the chance. Personally I don't use cryo Kaeya I find phys Kaeya to be the must fun.
One thing i used to love doing with kaeya is pairing him up with childe and killing ruinguards. Thanks to kaeyas burst and childes melee stance they were pretty much frozen all the time and thier hp was going down pretty quickly.
And that was when i didnt really knew what i was doing in terms of artifacts. I should try that again at some point.

Moga I'd really appreciate if you could do atleast 6-6-6 for talents in raised modes. You already shifted from lvl 80 to lvl 70. I understand some bow like characters who don't need basics, but in case of Kaeya you should do atleast 6-6-6
One of my absolute favorite abyss teams is a freeze comp with Kaeya, Rosaria, Kokomi, and Kazuha. Ridiculously satisfying quick swap freeze team, I adore them. Leveling up Kaeya was such a great idea. 💕
I got C1 and put him Ayaka's gear, and he still do some decent damage, plus Chongus+Kaeya generates a lot of particles.
If you are wondering my favorite team with him is Kaeya+Chongus+XQ+Kazuha, this team is insanely good and totally F2P (I don't have 5* weapons lmao)
When I was going for Raiden I fought pyro plant once raised xinyan up for the free wish pulled, got Kaeya then used the starglitter got a wish and pulled Raiden

as a kaeya main im so glad to see you build him!! i have him triple crowned and have him fully invested as a phys support and he has never left my team at all since he joined!! his multipliers on his basic are the highest out of sword users (to accommodate his slightly slower atk speed) he works pretty well in a eula comp and freeze is also very good as well
i currently run him with kuki and albedo+zhongli
11:02 you should try using rosaria instead of heizou. A fun and chaotic team to play (also strong), spamming low CD E's, ULTs always ready, melts happening everywhere. one of my favorite teams for abyss

Moga - to clear things up for you with the Masanori stuff (9:40):
when the big Kairagis infuse their sword with pyro or electro they can no longer be frozen.
I discovered it randomly during a commision, but it applies to all these type of enemies (the big electro/pyro Kairagis and Masanori - 'cause they're the same type of enemy).
I don't exactly know why or how exactly it works, but it is what it is.
Hope this helped you at least a bit.

Moga!! You should try the reverse melt comp with Kaeya, Rosaria, Bennett, and Xiangling. It basically focuses on melt reactions and has a huge damage output. However, it is hard to set up as the energy cost and rotation is very high demanding.
Got C6 Kaeya recently- been really lucky. Only starter character I enjoy playing!
He’s a surprisingly solid unit. His kit is a LOT more nuanced than someone like amber or even Lisa.

@@sarah-ou5jc maybe “more nuanced” wasn’t the best choice of words, I guess what I meant is how well each of his passives and constellations synergizes together with his kit and playstyle. You get more damage against frozen enemies and a way to get his burst back up really fast, so it synergizes and play well into itself. Meanwhile ambers is really weird with its HP scaling for her baron bunny but not her burst and it’s overall more clunky.

I'm glad to see you try to use kaeya, finally! I'm going to leave a couple of tips (I'm not an expert or anything tho, I'm just some random enthusiastic kaeya main).
1) I don't think favonius sword is his BiS 4* star, even as a support, because he doesn't really need energy recharge, he's fine.
2) I use him on a freeze team with xingqiu because his C1 raises his crit rate on frozen enemies (and because it's my favorite reaction), sooo if you have his C1 you can afford to have low crit rate (and more crit dmg) because you can compensate with his C1 and another cryo user, and you won't have any problems.
3) he shines as a physical dps, just give him prototype rancour/aquila favonia, physical and/or attack bonus artifacts, and bum, done. being a kaeya main since I started playing in January 2021, I have him triple crowned, C5, and he does excellent damage. yun jin, albedo, bennett and zhongli are good teammates for me.
4) if you want to use cryo kaeya then I recommend a reverse melt team with xiangling, bennett, or even klee.
5) you can even try some kind of hybrid build and it would work fine. you just need 2 cryo artifacts + 2 attack/physical artifacts, and probably a freeze team with xingqiu/kokomi and rosaria/chongyun/shenhe is your best option.

I think during the raising videos you froget about Yae’s passive. Since you needed 1 brown or 1 silver book of Ballad you can craft a different book from Mondstat for a chance of getting the one you actually need. It’s a bit complicated but basically you can get the books you want as a by-product of crafting different books!

The starting Mondstat trio are the hardest characters to pull actually, since they never have rate ups or pity at all. Your best chances of dupes is when you can trade for them. Even 5 star characters are easier to get than them, going by math.
You can raise Kaeya basics for duo with Chongun so he will become cryo carry :D it works decently like... a budget Ayaka XD and his basic multiplyiers are actually quite high

I have been a Kaeya main ever since I started my account and currently he is level 90 triple and with mistsplitter. When building him as a main dps, you can choose between cryo and physical although a lot of his kit, especially his cons, are focused on his cryo damage. His best set is 4pc blizzard strayer with atk%/cryo/crit and the stats you want to focus on the most are crit dmg, atk, crit rate. Crit rate has less value than the others because of blizzard, cryo resonance, and his c1 but you still want to get it to at least 35-40%. His best weapon is mistsplitter but some other options are blackcliff longsword, the flute, and skyward blade. His best main dps teams are mono-cryo and freeze teams. For mono cryo, you can do Kaeya, Chongyun, Shenhe, and an anemo unit like Kazuha or Sucrose. You could also do a character like Jean or Sayu for the anemo unit if you want a healer (just make sure they have 4pc vv for the buff) and if you don’t have mistsplitter you can swap Chongyun for probably Diona for the shield and heals. For freeze, the team I use is Kaeya, Chongyun, Xingqiu, and Kazuha. Of course you can swap Kazuha for a support anemo unit and Xingqiu can really be any hydro unit that can apply hydro off field. Again, if you don’t have mistsplitter you can swap Chongyun for Diona. Also I’m not sure how well Rosaria works with cryo Kaeya because throughout my 344 days of playing on my account I have never pulled a copy of her :,).
If you want to build burst support Kaeya, I’m pretty sure his best set is 4pc emblem and his best weapon is jade cutter, with other options being skyward blade, summit shaper, amenoma kageuchi, and festering desire. Now I’m not that familiar with stats but if anyone is interested they can go check out the Keqing mains build guide.

Masanori has two phases, in his second phase he's imbued with electro , thus he can't be frozen ... But he can be frozen in his initial phase (1st one) ..
I have a lvl 80 Kaeya paired with a lvl 70 Xingqiu. They pair up REALLY REALLY WELL. With Xingqiu, He can basically just FREEZE opponents in place. That was how I actually got the "Cool It!" Achievement
I love Kaeya, one of the best character
masanori, like his other similar enemies, doesn't get frozen or petrified, when entering their second phase. Similar enemies do so, when one of their kind dies, while masanori does so when his first hp bar reaches around 10-5-ish%

For Kaeya mains, I need some advice or just opinions. Before kazuha got confirmed I spent all my primos on him and got him to c3 so I decided to build him. I have him with a black sword(?) (the crit dmg sword) with 2 piece atk and 2 piece wanderers (50ish cr 160 cd). With Xingqui, Xiangling and Chongyun. Is this a good team and build? I find it really fun to use, I can do the emblem domain as fast when I use my hu tao team. (30 ish seconds)
I use everyone's bursts and Chongyun's E and burst (he's on noblesse) and i do freeze and melts since cryo infusion and rain swords and xiangling burst.. you probably already knew that.

Kaeya is... Not just a support lol
He can do a lot of physical damage or cryo if you use Chongyun to convert his attacks. His normal attacks are actually very good. I like cryo Kaeya because his E's damage is also pretty good when you build him for it.
anemoa (however you spell it) the 4 star craftable sword from inazuma is his best 4 star option because it gives atk% and it's passive especially when r5 gives you all the er you could ever need

physical kaeya is actually phenomenal! he and kuki make a great duo since shes constantly applying electro that follows you. aquila and any 2pc ATK, 2pc phys dmg, or 4 glad and possibly 4 pale flame (i havent tried it so idk if it works nicely).
however, you can also build him hybrid for phys and cryo, since he has high multipliers all around. because of the simplicity of his kit, he’s really easy to build and play.
i use him as a driver for national, xiangling, xingqiu, and bennett, so he can proc melts and freezes. xingqiu’s hydro application is strong enough that kaeya freezes enemies and gets those bonus particles.
i know a lot of people like kaeya, rosaria, bennett, and xiangling as a team because theyre constantly melting and reverse melting everything.
but he also works great as a support! as additional damage, or cryo application around the phys carry, like razor or phys keqing (i havent tried this tho dont shoot me). but yes, its very satisfying to roll around with sayu, with kaeya and xianglings’ ults up, and you can add kuki in for even more chaos.
he also makes a decent battery for ayaka and eula, if youre using kokomi as your hydro for freeze, diona’s healing is excessive, and kaeya adds more damage. hes great for eula if you dont have rosaria or she isnt very invested in, cause her real value only comes when you heavy invest crit rate, er, and c6 into, and youre not using diona.
he ascends with energy recharge too, so youre practically never going to have an issue getting his burst back up.
Ngl it surprises me that you wouldn't know this from abyss or just farming but when bigger samurai have that sword glowing affect, all their attacks are imbued with an element and they can't be frozen (idk if they can be interrupted) but yeah. Same with the double samurai when one dies the other regenerates health and cannot be frozen.

It always made me confused why people said kaeya is bad. I thought that too in the beginning but eventually I realized isn't he like cryo xiangling or xingqiu? He's automatically super good if his kit is like their's, minus the fact that he doesn't need as much ER and can use blizzard strayer.

I have a dps Kaeya build, but most commonly i use him on my Ayaka freeze team with Kokomi and Kazuha. Kazuha with VV set, Kokomi with thrilling tales and tenacity and Kaeya with fav sword and noblesse (with offensive stats), all buffing/supporting Ayaka which makes her hit so much harder. I was interested in Shenhe for a time, but i already had a very strong freeze team that could help clear the spiral abyss so I could save my primos. I have Kaeya at c3, but two of the Kaeya's were bought from the starglitter shop, hopefully i can get his c6 someday without always having to wait for him to be in the starglitter shop 3 more times.
im a kaeya main and my favorite team for him is with bennett, rosaria and xinqiu - perm freeze. Hes built blizzard so he doesnt need much crit rate + theres rosaria cr build + cryo resonance. You can go full crit dmg with that one and even with cryo build if you level up his aa it will still deal around 5k. I think he is so easy to build and so underrated.
Other people have recommended this as well, but I would love to see you try a physical dps Kaeya, that’s how I have him set up and he’s my main. Love the content!

Hey moga Masanori is like the normal Samurai dudes. In first phase he can be frozen but in the second phase like with the samurai dudes, when there are two7more and one dies, the other/s go to "phase 2" where they can't be frozen because they inflict themeself with their element and start glowing. Masanoris Second phase is like that and he can't be frozen.
