It looks great and want to use it for SP but ELS is kind of the only drawback for me... still havent decided if its a deal breaker. Either way, interested in your answer to the question.
It would require redoing all of the cars and possibly redoing all of which lights flash for the pattern since we get more customization with NON-ELS. it would also mean that every extra would be removed from the pack.
Its just how the vehicle is setup. Els setups is where you get the light stages but are limited to presets where NON-ELS allows custom patterns and light environmentals
Yes, as long as you credit us for making the pack, and if you use the same design and ghost, it, give us credit for the pack and delivery and then you say you added it to make a ghost livery or something like that. Thank you for asking.

@@Liam_24 that the pack or whatever is mainly for use in LSPDFR and singleplayer with the ELS lighting configuration mod
@@Liam_24 non-els is for fivem related stuff, fivem is a plugin for gta multiplayer but better mostly for rp stuff.

Non Els provides more customization with parts and light patterns aswell as most FiveM servers don’t support ELS
