Thanks for sharing. I need to set up approving users for about 100 record producers that already exists. They will be the same approvers for everyone. Is there any way to automate this process? Or do I have to do it manually?
There are solutions here. It depends on if there is a workflow or not, if so, a subflow would go a long way. If you can just make them all use the same workflow that would be even better. Have them in a group, and just keep using that group for more general applications.
