You remind me of David Meinstein. He was the host of Portal on G4TV about 20 years ago. This is probably what he would be doing if he hadn't gone missing from society.

Messed up - don’t be an asshole for yourself. Self pity , guilt and shame , make reflection , don’t judgement. 5. Reward yourself - cheat meal for example , celebrate yourself , same action the next day , be proud

I love the 'bad ' language....it's how I talk...at least when I'm not in front of certain people like cops or certain people I know that don't curse or in front of children...but I find it relatable and that's why I just subscribed to this channel actually lol
David Goggins does it pretty well and still gets his message across 💪🏾💪🏾 don’t try changing ppl but change yourself or what you’re allowing to stop you from getting the main points of how to improve YOURSELF
