By following this shitty tutorial you will get yourself in trouble. Like this air enters the fuel system. Engine starts, uses what is left of the fuel in the pipe between filter and pump and shuts down. You can clearly see that this happens to them and they end video immediately. What they didn't show is that you need to top the filter bowl with fuel before closing it. That way there will be enough fuel for engine to run before it pulls additional fuel from tank.

You are absolutely right, when replacing the fuel filter on diesel cars, it is necessary to fill the filter with fuel, as well as to avoid air entering the fuel system. In our new videos, we have fixed all these bugs.

Whats the torque NM on the filter housing bolt?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify the tightening torque, this information can be found in the technical documentation for the repair of your car.

I lent my zafira a to my mates girlfriend who needed it to move a few things from her mums house to hers but accident she put diesel in its petrol it run fine but now I want to drain out old fuel but can't find where fuel enters engine to syphon from there last time I let a bird drive my shag mobile

@@autodocuk thank you for your reply I removed the diesel by droppin out the tank I tried a few other ways but had no luck so in end just removed petrol tank and drained it that way
