Parmesan crusted pork chops

This is how i make Pork Chops
i am definitely not a chef,and alot of this may be unorthodox or just wrong,but man does it taste good.
Parmesan crusted Pork Chops
with a white wine Dijon mustard sauce

I have never seen anyone Use butter and flower to thicken a sauce usually they use a slurry
