Good for you, man! I've been in the same boat over the last 6 months. I moved out of my 750s/f shop and back into my garage about 6 months ago. I rented a small office (136 s/f) for all of my vinyl stuff, but the screen printer wouldn't fit so it sits in storage at the moment. Then I sold my residential painting business and that struck me on a completely new path. So now I'm moving right next door to my old shop into a 1500s/f space and starting a Maker Space. We'll have wood and metal working, vinyl cutting, screen printing, CNC routers and lasers (once I get them built). But it's exciting. And I'm having a blast planning out everything I'll be doing in the future. So, good luck to you in your new venture! As I've learned, no matter what size the space is, a creative person never has enough of it. LOL
Also, since I do a ton of work in my garage with small electronics and other stuff, I purchased a mobile room a/c-heat unit from Walmart. Being in MO, we have both cold and hot seasons. So I was fine spending the $500 to make sure I could continue using my garage all year around. And it's really not that bad on the electric bill.
awesome, so much new space in the new garage! i enjoy the wholes in the wall also, v profesionel. happy i found your channel :) cheers from german countryside, just starting to rebuild my printing studio, thinking to keep it mobile in beginning to do printing classes in schools.
Can't wait for the full shop tour 🙌

Really like the tone and content of yours. Good stuff. Have a small printing workshop myself. Looking forward to some interesting vids from you.
