Matthew 6:31-34
Jesus warns his disciples not to worry about tomorrow because worry paralyzes us and prevents us from being salt and light in the world. Jesus was never one who shied away from controversy, religious or political, and neither should we. We should instead have the courage to combat the decay and darkness invading our nation by speaking up like Jesus did. And we do that with our voice, with our vote, and with our prayers.
