- Today, I will share with you a very creative and IG worthy recipe na ginawa ko nung nag-Eden Almusalo-salo kami in celebration of National Cheese Day.
This is HAM & CHEESE ROLL-UPS na talaga namang very easy to make pero hindi tinipid sa pagmamahal because we’re using my favorite milky and creamy Eden Cheese! ♥️
Ingredients:
8 Pieces Eden Slices
8 Slices white bread8 Slices ham
1/4 Cup Pimiento Strips
3 Pieces eggs (medium), beaten
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 cups cooking oil

We call this pizza roll. I learned to make this when I was in college and broke, way back 2010. 😂 I tried to cook this for my husband a couple of months ago and he likes it very much! 😄

We used to buy this in one of those mall stalls. They usually sold it with some maple syrup. I miss it, will make this this weekend

This is similar to the snack we call new york sandwich or just new york dito sa province namin. The difference is that mas generous to sa palaman, walang crust. Sa version namin it's hot dog, hiniwa pa para manipis. Flattened din yung bread.
