Its not missing a cover. It only comes with one. Look at the box photo, it shows only 1. It says A and B on thr instructions because it can go on either engine. Yours is complete.

The instructions are, or can be a little WONKY…
I was confused because I thought they would have included a diagram showing all the parts that were included. I have received several messages confirming that there is only one engine cover included. But I think the ambiguous nature of the instructions can easily give us the impression that there were supposed to be two. Oh well, live and learn 😅

I disagree about BIG BAD TOY STORE, I have ordered from them many many times, and never had any trouble.
After calling their customer service and speaking with both them and Hasbro customer service, I was sufficiently satisfied with their responses. Just to clarify, my issue was with Hasbro and not BBTS. Personally, I've never had any issues with BBTS on anything I've ever ordered from them and I've been a customer since they started. I will be doing a follow up video regarding the experience, hopefully this week 😁
Unfortunately you have to take R5D4 head off and put it in the port plus there is only one cover nothing is missing

@@atomicmariachianimal51 I'll be honest when I got mine last week yes I knew it was the only one to use on either side you choose but personally I believe they should have included a peice for both sides as no matter what side we put it on the other side just seems bare IMO
