For about the past year or so I've really been thriving in solitude. Completely gave up drinking and smoking pot. I've also felt the need to be eating healthier than ever and exercising. I had to cut off relationships with lower vibrating family members. I also had an absolutely incredible ufo sighting. It was on a clear bright blue sky day and I saw what looked like a huge long white either rectangular or cylinder shaped object just hovering in the sky a few hundred feet above me. I was trying to figure out what I was looking at when I had to cross a street. When I turned to look up at it again it was gone. I searched the sky again and quickly spotted it, but now it was many miles away in the distance, all in less than 10 seconds. It was then that is struck me, what I believe it was. Something not of this world. It was a profound experience for me. Truly life changing. No doubt we are being watched and looked after by higher evolved beings.
I also gave up drinking and pot,,Ive given up meat except for fish and am building muscle and fast walking almost every day.I also see things ,,,Amazing things and its exciting

i know a person who used to see blue and white or red and black entities during meditation, the red ones don't care about mental peace they only care about material world pleasures and they don't care how much is the sacrifice even human life, but the blue ones care about human life and want material world peace and mental peace, a person arua start looking blue greenish or white when they reach highest state of chakra , thats why many Saint in ancient scriptures were shown as blue or greenish or white, because their aura looks like that, i know they are not lying because i asked for proof and tell that person to ask them something about me only i know, and they told him and he told me, they natural don't tell other people secret but i asked for proof that's why they told him about my secret , so those blue entities told him these things

I have been waking up for the past 2 years. I think it started in 2014 but something stopped it. for about 2 years now I have been clean off of so many daily meds. I am not completely good or clean but the meds that was keeping me foggy is gone. I can write again, and I have felt so good. Nov I had a huge moment and feel like everything shifted for me on my birthday shared bday with my father whos been with Source since 99 now, but still it was a beautiful moment and I feel like this moment in nov opened my windows and door and everything. I see this world so differently now. I started drinking less Pepsi and more water with flavor, and I have been meditating 3 times a day and trying to stay in the now, while still learning with truth and Enlightenment hope and love.
FINALLY GOT PEACE, AFTER MONTHS OF FEELING CRAZY, NO SLEEP, 😠 😢😢❤😢😢😮. DON'T GIVE UP. GOD'S GOT THIS 😊

I have always thought that we are one! I became violently ill in 2022 which caused my diabetes I was constantly being sick spent 4 days in Hospital some thought they would lose me I later find I am Arcturian star seed whilst I was I lying in bed in hospital I saw some sort gray looking being walking towards a dark tunnel was dark energy being extracted
"This isn't just energy work." "This isn't a gradual transition." How naive! Are our bodies, as-is, already prepared to receive high potential energy waves without getting fried? How ridiculous! We have to do energy work to transform our own dense energy into fluidic atomic and sub-atomic energy, so that our physical bodies go through a transmutation that renders them more subtle. Otherwise the powerful energies can cause our dense energy bodies to explode, in the form of aneurisms, strokes, addictions, mental disequilibria. These videos are so full of rubbish, to sell more false information.

Our "dense energy bodies" are 1. Made up of energy 2. with large spaces between each atom, and within those atoms - Also space; therefore NOT dense, just vibrating at a certain frequency which is being brought up gradually, for each and every living being AT THEIR OWN free will pace, and 3. They said our brains would explode if we went more than 40 miles an hour. Or no one could run the 4 minute mile. Actually, the list of "we will explode" "or we will never/can never" proclamations are often more incredible than what really ends up happening. Re: list of symptoms: these are more often caused by DENSE EMOTIONS creating the conditions for a physical result. Negative belief systems create energy blockages, which cause or can cause physical symptoms of illness if held onto long enough. But it's all energy.
Your body is a SPIRITUAL BODY. It is made of the "spiritual matter" we call energy or frequency. Otherwise, no one could ever heal themselves of anything, even a paper cut.
