Found a baby one freezing to death in the middle of the day here in Vegas. It was super windy and he was out in the open. Got him in a cup and got him set up nicely in my bearded dragons old 20 gallon tank from when he was young

We just caught one in our home over the weekend and decided to keep him because we have lots of predators around... mostly roadrunners, owls, and stray cats. I have done so much research over the weekend, and your video by far has been THE most informative out of all the info I sorted through! Thank you so much! Our little Cosmo thanks you, too! 🦎

I searched and found your vid because I found a house gecko on my back deck behind the light fixture. He was the first one I’ve ever seen. Geckos are cute. I left him alone and left the light on for him to attract bugs. I wanted to catch him but he’s better off outside in his natural environment. If I ever see him again I’ll give him a name. 😊

Found one of these guys in my bathtub this morning. Thanks to this video, I know what he needs to thrive. He's now setup in a new enclosure and looking more relaxed and calm. I'm in Texas and didn't realize this species is invasive and has spread to every continent (except Antarctica). It's been triple digit heat(100F+) here for over a week, so I'm surprised he came inside where it's cooler.

I have a tiny baby gecko I found in my son’s room. We have him in a small glass creature habitat enclosure. We have been feeding him flightless fruit flies dusted with repticalcium. I’ve been using distilled water to spray the enclosure and eco earth expandable coconut fiber. It seems like the coconut fiber is too soft. I also have the creature habitat heater that sticks to the bottom. Not sure what I’m doing and it’s really hard to find consistent instructions for these little guys.

It was mealworms but I let him go on his own i just found him in my cellar, probably shouldn't have taken him to begin with. But I'm getting a leapord gecko tomorrow!

I just got a couple of these I caught in my backyard myself. I was reading an article about them and it says they are all female but asexualso you shouldn't have to worry about keeping them separated

@@bryanhawes1782 pretty sure thats a mourning gecko your talking about these geckos are different
They have separate male and female genders, I think you mistook them for a mourning gecko.

I have a gecko and I feed him like every 2 days with ants, is it ok? And I also have noticed that he sometimes when I get my face close to his enclosure, he looks at me and when I move my face he moves his. It’s kind of creepy, is it ok what I’m doing, what I’m feeding him with, and also what he’s doing? Please I need an answer, helpppppp

I would try to go to petco and get the super small crickets or carry out crickets. Maybe even catch some moths outside or something.
