I enjoy my riesling at least 45 minutes stiiting in a freezer. Yea I'm sure the subtle nuances of the perfections the vitner achieved in corner rounding flavor notes wont be as obvious, but I like that control and concentration of taste where I need it when I want it for maximum downage at any pace that feels no compromise to natural consumption. This and sparkling moscato are the highend snobbery brands that can easily transition from fans of spiked vodka 7 up or kool aid derived jungle juice frat parties that one could appreciate without extended experience from 21 to 91 with a far less invasive hangover hours later on account to it being "just grapes".
Australian Reislings are typically DRY never sweet unless mixed with Traminer(Brown Brothers) From Germany? Mosel reisings are much sweeter than the other areas
"The best Rieslings are really, really dry"? . That might be your opinion but comparing dry and (semi) sweet Rieslings to each other is like comparing apples and pears.

The best dry Riesling I ever tried was a Hochheim(Germany) one from the "Hochheimer Hoelle" wineyard.

Indeed, the Kung Fu Girl was my first Riesling, I was instantly a fan.
