Thank you very much Josh! I teach at the HCP in the certificate and full time programs, and will be working on a project there on the grounds over the next month or two as well. May be an opportunity to come and help me with that and learn if you’re interested?
Hey Kev, I built some steps into a gentle slope and I’ve got compacted clay vertical cuts on both sides. Can I mortar some rock fragments (e.g., bluestone pieces or broken basalt) right up against them? Or do I need some kind of backing? Or…? The tallest segments of clay cut are maybe 7”-10”. Thanks for all your great vids! So well produced-relaxing to watch and inspiring all at once 👍🏼
I never miss any videos and always thumbs up. You always deserve. Thank you thank you thank you
Awesome thank you!!
Absolutely beautiful and professional brother!!! 🤜🤛
Thank you 🙏
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Awesome. I'm working on my first project, with purely natural rocks. I love to reuse the rocks that come from the ground after digging
Love it! Always best to use what we have around us first and foremost
MMmmmmm! YUmmy! :3
Love your videos mate 🤙 Nice work. Do you ever do weekend or evening courses at HCP?

Thanks for the great feedback! Yes you can build right up to the clay, just make sure for the base you are building on a compacted gravel ideally
@@HardscapeCanada perfect. Thank you!
Great work. How long would the no.5 stairs take to complete for a complete novice roughly do you think?
I would guess about 3 weeks to do it well, but if you’ve never done any rock work then probably double that!
@@HardscapeCanada thank you
Id work for you for free to soak up knowledge... I work with a lot of stone and I think im pretty good. This is all next level though. How incredible.
Amazing work.🔥
Thank you!
I have a bunch of circular rocks. Can I use a hammer on these rocks to get a more “rocked” look like you have?
