Agar 2nd round mein different AIIMS allot hota hai toh first round wala AIIMS leave krna padega. There is no other option!
Agar 2nd round wala AIIMS nhi lena chahate ho toh 1 Lakh penalty.

Although I'm not sure, lekin Prospectus m baas OBC ka central se certificate chahiye mention hai baki category kuch mention nhi hai, toh most probably state ka certificate valid hai.
