You're being too hard on yourself. It's good to have a no buy goal and save money but not realistic to go completely without. Clothes are a necessity. I think feeling like you had to justify things is what brought on your anxiety. You don't have to justify anything! Loving all your content lately and the change in vibe.

I now buy clothes for my kids on the fb marketplace in bulk. I got over 40 pieces for my 5 year old for $35 and all brands. It's crazy!!
I also love buying end of season kids clothes in advance 👏- my tip through experience (not that you asked 🤭) is that toddlers and preschoolers growth slows down naturally way more than I realised starting from age 2 and even less by the time they are 3, so size 5 might not be relevant until she is actually that age. Since my son turned about 2 I've been caught out several times buying 1 to 2 sizes ahead on sale but the clothes ended up being the wrong size for the season and were a waste 😅 ❤️

Have you watched people who have already done no buys? I think it would help to define what you can and can't buy... eg. Can buy clothes for daisy, can buy anything with a credit or voucher, can't but something I already have. What are your problem areas? Is it clothes? Makeup? Homewares? And what's your why for doing this? What's motivating you and what do you want to get out of it? Maybe I should do a video of 'how to set up for your no buy year' 😃
